Don’t buy

Camera is better and the speaker phone was cutting out. The store wouldn’t take back since it was 15 days. I had to battle with apple and after about a month they took it back and replaced it. Took about a month for replacement. Lady at store wasn’t helpful at all and was actually complaining how she had to deal with customers. It was an awful experience. Wish we had more options in this town. this Best Buy has gone down hill a lot. And the apple customer service was terrible as well.

Crazy phone

Messages in iCloud do not available for me to use as iCloud & iMessage account do not match. How come? Then when I sharing name & photo not available because iCloud&iMessage account are different or are not sign in. And when somebody called me, phone was not ring, message was not go through, and they told me it went through message. It made me crazy

Network reception issues

My phone had no network receptions (no bar at all) and rebooting or resetting a phone did not help or resolve that issue. Ended up factory resetting… not recommend iphone 12 max at this time.

Too Big

I thought the size difference would not be significant, but it does not fit in shirt or suit pockets, cup holders in cars and myriad other spots you put a phone for ease of use.
