I finally made the leap from a 6splus to iPhone 12 Pro max. I was anticipating a huge learning curve but was pleasantly surprised to find that it is very user friendly. Not having a home key was simple to get over. I am still playing with it which helps me to learn more of what this new phone can do. Finally, I had a terrific BB employee to help me with my purchase. He was so terrific. When I need to make another purchase, I will be looking for him.

This iPhone replaces my iPhone X it’s a great upgrade and it much faster and it has an amazing camera no can’t go wrong.

Wonderful to use. I like that I can adjust the fonts for ease of reading. I am looking forward to taking some fabulous pictures. Jacob, our salesperson, transferred all my data to the new phone and explained options. He made our shopping experience great. We have been customers of Best Buy for all of our technology, TV, and kitchen appliances. They stand by their warranties with no hassle. Love this store and the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The screen is awesome and the camera worked great. It is hard to beat the battery life on this phone.

With the release of the 12’s, you will now have to get what used to be included in the box - one area where i think they fall short. You need have your own plug to charge the phone. Oh and by the way, make sure you get the 20-watt power adapter for fast charging. If not, charging will take significantly significantly slower. The 12 pro max has a sleek look and feel - very elegant! Although the body is a fingerprint magnet, i love the stainless body compared to aluminum.

I had an iPhone 7 Plus, so there was quite a learning curve to migrate to this phone. Well worth the effort if you can suck up the cost without accessories. Not happy about having to buy an adapter for ear buds, and it didn't come with a lightening charger. Only the cable. Another negative for me. Apple being greedy forcing us to buy the accessories separately when we pay $1200 for a phone. And I think that's beyond unreasonable.

I really love this phone more because it got a great camera and the battery last more until two or three day.

I love it! Great size but not too big and the camera works well. I love portrait mode for pictures of my kids.
