I was an android user before but now I'm going to be Apple

Got this for my son. He loved it. Great phone...

The sales associate was rude and wasn’t very attentive at all. His attitude stinks and shows no gratitude for me patronizing this store.

Great camera. 5G is still very spotty, I have to shut WiFi off and on. I’m not sure if this is due to 5G, the carrier or my phone itself. I

It's ok after 4th day my screen completely froze it wouldn't even restart by pushing the 2 side buttons had to go to settings to restart and it went away

Unfortunately, the camera has failed already. I was instructed by Apple that I will need to bring my phone in for service. Highly disappointed in the iPhone 12 Pro Max for this error soon after my initial purchase.

Had to contact Sprint to report these purchases and they were purchased under my account fraudulently. You can't contact the store to report it and calling customer service wasn't helpful either.

I purchased at best buy and it was added in my Already exixting account with sprint but when i received it it has the wrong sin card and chip and i had a lot of trouble to activate it.

its sold to me as sprint- t-mobile boost and it didn’t work with any of this service i toke the phone to the store they can’t figure it out and was to late to turn it back

The new iPhone 12 pro max feel nice holding it in your. Beautiful outer look and a lovely shade of gold compare to the previous gold color. Pros: the phone have 5G, the phone is around the same size as the previous few iphone plus. The screen is big which allow easy to reading and watching movie. Cons: the phone is big and do require two hands to type. The quick start up is quite complicated then it seems. I would recommend going to the store to get it set up. Or opt for backing up data in the iCloud/iTunes. I opted to use quick start which is the worse choice. I spend around 3 plus hrs to just transfer data and it still did not work. So, I end up using iCloud method. Overall the new iPhone is wonderful.

Very durable iPhone, dropped it many times and never broke it.

Apple limits volume on this phone when listening to music. If you use bluetooth in your car, you will be limited and volume goes down automatically after a certain time of listening. There is no fix for this. Keep your old iphone. Don't buy this new version unless you don't listen to music.
