The iPhone 12 Pro Max is a fantastic phone it has a very bright screen that can be viewed in full sun. It’s 5G capable , the cameras are more then I will ever need for photos and video but nice to have, the battery life is amazingly long. It is a little heavy and large but I find myself using it more then my iPad because I can view everything. All and all I would have to say I’m very pleased with it.

Honestly this is what the 11 pro max should’ve been, I was hesitant to upgrade since I came from an 11 pro max. Due to me having the next up feature I was able to upgrade to the 12, Best Buy did a great job with availability & the in store pick up option. This phone has AMAZING camera quality (front/back) and the 5G is SUPER fast! I decided to also get 256GB of memory I don’t think I’ll upgrade next year as next years iPhone will probably be a 12S so I made sure to get enough memory. The battery does die a little faster then how my 11 did but the charging is even faster! I highly recommend this phone on ATT’s 5G network! This has to be Apples best phone released!

The best iPhone yet! I've owned ten previous (iPhone 3GS, 4, 5, 5S, 6, 6S, 7 Plus, 8 Plus, XS Plus, 11 Plus and now this one). This is the best one and a huge upgrade from last year just for the processor and camera. 5G is a bonus if you have good coverage. So far AT&T has been much faster (LTE and 5G) everywhere I've been compared to Verizon (15 year customer).

Love the new phone. The camera is awesome and battery life is much improved from my Apple Iphone x max. Went with the Gold color and its very pretty. I like how fast it is with opening apps and downloading is easy. Downside it doesn't come with charger block or ear buds. You would think as much as we pay for phones they could provide those items in the box.

Great iPhone. Love the new design battery lasts all day only takes 30 min to reach 50 percent charge With fast charger if you have the iPhone 11 Pro Max then this upgrade may not be for you since it is not a huge upgrade with the exception of the new design and camera if you are comeing from any other iPhone you will love this new phone

Fantastic phone, but not for everyone. The pro and pro max are for a smaller group of people. Most would be fine with a 12 or the 12 mini. The only improvement over the others is the extra camera, LiDAR, and a bigger screen in the case of the pro max. In most situations, the 3rd telephoto lens is actually a step down in quality and the camera app opts to use the standard wide lens. It's only a real benefit in brighter shooting situations. The LiDAR has been great for me and was the main reason I upgraded to this phone. I love to make 3D scans. AR tracking is significantly improved. The screen looks great, as it does on all models, but especially with the increased size. The bigger size is a downside for some people, but I've had no issues fitting it into my pocket. Overall, this phone is worth it for photographers or cinematographers who like to color-grade and edit visuals in post. It's also great for 3D artists with it's LiDAR sensor. Outside of that, it's probably not worth it for you. Maybe it is if you just like the bigger screen, but not if you just want to have the most expensive phone, because all its features you're paying for are going to be wasted.

Love the phone. Coming out of the Iphone X which was already a great phone for me but I always wanted the bigger screen otherwise I wouldn't have upgraded. It's fast, great picture, everything you could want. My only complaint is that even on the lowest volume setting this thing is LOUD! I bought a case with a stand so I can leave it on my desk at work facing me and put it on silent so I don't miss a call. Otherwise it's great and I'm pretty happy.

Best phone ever big screen and good quality Easy to use

This phone is great. I moved from a xs max to this. Camera and battery life are a huge jump. The cool, square sides are awesome too. It’s worth the upgrade if you running anything below a XS max. I could have got by without it, but I still notice a big difference.

Good phone but it’s little heavy in-terms if everyday use. The camera is the best. Battery life is good as well considering it’s anew and big battery. However, I would say if someone gets a cheaper deal for IPhone 11 they can consider that as well. Overall great phone and color options available . However, the reason I am giving 4 starts is because it does not comes with a charger. I used third party charger and the phone is getting hot quickly.

Excellent upgrade! It's lighting fast and the display is very nice! Seems a lot smoother when unlocking with Face ID. Takes great pics and battery life will last all day. Definitely recommend!

Bigger, faster, stronger! What can I say, iPhone 12 Pro Max is a beast. I exchanged/upgraded my iPhoneX with this model and it has not disappointed. Pretty much outperformed the old iPhone in every category. I will definitely buy it again.

First time iPhone user. I was finally persuaded with iOS 14 and the camera improvement over another android phone. I like the fact that the phone is smooth and speedy and there is no lag that most android phones have.

The iphone 12 pro Max is flawless. Battery life is extraordinary, camera is stunning, the overall sleek look of the phone is amazing. Well worth the money and upgrade (7 plus). Pacific blue is crisp and classy.

EVERYTHING I expected and more. I was a faithful Android user as got tired of Apple upgrading my programs every other day to where I couldn't use my old iphone without a 30 minute tutorial every morning. After 7 years decided it was time to retire my dinosaur and went with this model. HEAVEN. The graphics are OLED quality, battery life is phenomenal, picture quality - unbelievable. I STILL hate Apple's calendar though. I want a quick glimpse of events on calendar, not having to click on day to see what it is. I downloaded a calendar app that gives me those options. ONLY downside is the Apple mag charger I purchased at same time - overheated on 30 minute second charge and returned.

Phenomenal phone, as I upgraded from an iPhone 7 Plus. Love the screen, cameras, battery life, and overall feel of the phone. Feels extremely premium, and I enjoy the Apple ecosystem overall.

The iPhone 12 pro max is a superb improvement over my old iPhone X. The large screen is bright and clear and the camera is spectacular. The battery life is also incredible.

Awesome upgrade from my previous iPhone. Love how big the screen is and the picture quality is amazing. The battery seems to last a very long time compared to older models.
