Bought my phone online picked up at store. Had activated tech took out 5G and replaced with old 3G left to go out of state for 2 mo and phone didn’t work. Had to stop at another Best Buy in CT and had to buy a new one and they refunded old one paid more $ for a color I didn’t want and less GB and had to pay activation fee. Won’t ever order from Best Buy again. Out of pocket expense for 12 pro 128GB over 200.00

Didn’t receive my phone

But it says the phone is activated and everything, but I don’t have my new phone yet.
