Had an iPhone X since it launched and swore off getting a new phone until it was absolutely necessary. After seeing the improvements of the latest iPhone I decided to pull the trigger on the 12 Pro Max. The display...wow! The cameras...Whoa! This is a HUGE improvement over my iPhone X.

When I made the purchase the phone looked nice in the store. When I walked out of Best Buy I saw scratches on the side of the phone so I had to do an exchange right away. Apple is going down in quality, I've noticed this the past few years. But they want a premium for their product. I turned in an iPhone 11 Pro Max 256 thinking the performance of the 12 Pro Max was faster. In some cases yes, but not really a big difference. I should have just saved my money.

Was undecided at first wether to get the 12 Pro, or 12 Pro Max. Looked at reviews, specs, size, quality and camera abilities. Hands down the Pro Max came in full swing. I opted for the Gold 256GB. 5G makes it worth the price and the long wait. Apple does it again! Go out and get it!!!

This is a good phone, but it is expensive. The exclusion of the physical home button is a disadvantage. Accessing the app manager is difficult, and there is no fingerprint sensor. It comes with a cable, but no AC adapter. The cable changed to USB-C, so an older charging brick will not work. An old cable can still be used in conjunction with a USB to AC adapter. It sometimes gets hot after use.

This latest and greatest iPhone 12 Pro Max is all around sweet to use. The size is right for my big hands plus aging eyes. The new camera system with better lenses, optical image stabilization plus LiDAR focus is a noticeable difference better than the iPhone 11 Pro Max.

The camera is amazinggggggg; perfect for taking pictures and videos without having to carry around (or even purchase) an expensive bulky professional camera

I love the screen size on the phone but it's a little hard to handle and easy to drop. I got a pop socket to help hold it. I'm a man with size large gloves and it's still tedious. There are many things you cannot do with only one hand.

I upgraded from an 8 and the improvements are impressive. Everything runs faster, the screen is sharper and the camera is stunning. I thought I would miss my home button, but I got over that quickly and love being able to tap the back of the phone to take pictures.

Spent 10 years on droid before switching. LOL I don't know why it took so long. This iPhone is amazing compared to my old S10+. Images are clear and crisp. Camera is great and video is unbelievable quality. If your thinking of upgrading - DO IT!!!

Even after 9 months of ownership, switching from a Galaxy Note phone to the iPhone 12 Pro Max was the best decision I could have made. The camera is nothing short of amazing and the call quality exceeds and phone I've ever owned.

Owned the 11 Pro Max and 12 Pro Max and iPhone 8 Plus. And honestly can't really feel a difference between the 11 and 12. They're really big/heavy phones. I much prefer the mid-size of the 8 Plus, but that's just me. The LiDar scanner adds more precision to the "measure" app, which is really cool, but outside of that just seems to be a buzz word in iPhone's marketing. A LiDar scanner that small really doesn't have too much utility that I can see. I do like that the price has come down a bit from previous Iphone "pro-Max" models, and the color is really nice. It would be a shame to cover it with an opaque case. The camera seems pretty comparable to the 11 Pro Max, but I know there are some added features. Battery life is not great. Granted this phone is used alot during the day for work, and stays on high brightness most of the time, it cannot make it through the day without a charge. I feel like a brand new phone should be able to make it through the whole day at max output on a single charge in this day and age. My least favorite thing about this phone is the 5G. I'm not sure if this is a verizon account level thing, or a 5G hardware thing, but I have the 8 Plus and the 12 pro max on different verizon accounts, both with unlimited plans, but the 12 on 5G runs SO MUCH SLOWER than the 8 does on LTE in almost every scenario. I will do side by side comparisons and the 8 on LTE smokes the 12 on 5G anywhere. Not sure why that is, but it's definitely an eyebrow raiser.

I love this phone it I had the 11 Pro Max and was able to move to this one and save a little money at the same time. I love the Pacific blue color also. The picture are great as well. I have hit 5G Ultra once and saw and amazing 1.2 Gb. Down

This iPhone is awesome. The camera is superb feels like using a Professional camera, you just have to master the settings in order to make it work for you. It’s a big jump from my previous iPhone 8 plus so I can really feel the difference.

After 20 plus years of Android phones I purchased my first ever Apple - iphone. It is easy, fast, secure & the best phone I have ever had. All my apps open & run perfectly. Sorry it took my family so long to convince me to go Apple !!

I only buy new phones when my old ones break I think this one ended up in the bottom of the lake. Worked great till then. Find my iPhone had it in the lake for 2 days so battery life is pretty good.

I’ve always been an apple fan. At first thought it was going to be too big. I upgraded my 11 pro max and it’s not a terribly noticeable difference. Screen is very crisp. The camera also has a nice little upgrade. I love this phone.

Size is nice. Super quick responses and love the mag safe charge ability

My wife needed a new phone and this was a great upgrade from her previous iPhone. No complaints from her at all. She had to overcome some of the changes from the old one but loves everything about this new one.

I love this phone. I have had this phone since May 2021. I up grade from my Iphone7 to iPhone 12 Pro Max. I love the biometrics, the 5G is great. The streaming is awesome!! Highly recommend it.

This new iPhone is the best yet. I was a little unsure about going big, but I use the phone as my main go-to Internet tool so I am really glad to have the 12 Pro Max.
