Did not have the color or storage capability that I wanted (128GB); paid extra for more storage and still not the color. Three days later I found competitor with same phone for $200 less; BB would not price match unless I got documentation from the competitor--which they would not give me. Phone is nice and serves the purpose but wasn't 100% what I wanted. If I could have waited, I would have.

This is my first iPhone ! I have had iPads so decided to switch from Galaxy note this time! The photos are fantastic and I was familiar with apple so no problem maneuvering around! So happy I switched!

Beautiful design, sleek and super-fast. Simplicity is not sacrificed for any of the other smart, ergonomic features. I was upgrading from the iPhone 6, so naturally I expected a lot. Apple did not disappoint, as usual.

This phone is like having a fast computer in your hand. It was really easy to transfer all my data to this phone from my old iphone. No worries at all. It's exactly like my old phone, but faster and with more space.

Ipone of course is a great phone, BUT coming from a Note 8 there is many areas where this phone is sub-par. what makes it worth the switch is the Camera, the camera just blows me away every single time.

I primarily bought this phone to update my older iPhone and for the camera. This camera is comparable to my $2500 cannon 5D for closer action shots. I have not tried any longer distance photos. Very happy with my purchase

I’ve own iPhones for over 10 years and this is by far the best phone they’ve ever made. It has all the features you desire in a phone and more! The camera is incredible on this phone. I’m not sure how they do it.

I highly recommend this phone. The 5g speed is great to have. The camera is extra sharp and makes my pictures look like im a photographer. It even has the ability to take raw photos now with the latest update.

Excellent phone I recommend you buy online and ship to home tried to buy in store. When I went in girl was very rude about me trying to pay upfront cash for it she said I needed to pay part cash then rest finance it.

Of course it is a great phone, but it does cost too much money. Not much I can add that most don't already know; it's reliable, dependable, and for the most part works the way it should. Apple needs to start delivering these for a lower cost. This will probably be my last phone purchase for the next few years, my last Apple phone lasted almost 7 years.

Great upgrade. Camera quality is better than previous model. Im always happy with a new iPhone ☺. I was disappointed that i had to purchase a new charger block but not a big deal. No regrets

Love it! I got this for the camera, and it works well. Waiting to see how the raw photos will work. Had to purchase more memory than I thought I needed, but glad I did. Best Buy took care of everything easily.

I’ve had iPhones since the beginning - my first one replaced my pink razr! I love the 12 Pro Max. I use my phone for so many different resources, especially the camera - the 12 Pro Max does not disappoint.

While I wasn’t necessarily going to be a yearly upgrade guy with my VZW services and Apple devices I have somehow done it now for the last couple of years and with each new device you can essentially just keep that new device for as long as you need to without worry. The graphics are amazing. The build is strong. The battery may take a hit with the MagSafe charging (in my now daily and frequent charging experience) but your mileage may vary. I have kept this phone in pristine condition out of the box and anyone that does so as well will absolutely enjoy this one for as long as needed even as the new 13 models start to take over the industry.

Excellent phone. Bought it for the 5G capability. Exceptional camera and photo quality. The quality of the phone exceeds what the cellular providers can deliver, in spite of their deceptive coverage maps.

Great camera, slow motion and night time capabilities are awesome. The display quality is good, and both depth and color leave you wanting for nothing. The screens auto-rotate is finicky... only works when it feels like it, and for some strange reason, the phone disconnects from my car randomly. My old iPhone 7 did not exhibit these same Bluetooth bugs.

I have never owned a iPhone before, but I was pleasantly surprised by this phone. The cameras are excellent and that the reason I bought the IPhone 12 Pro Max, far superior to any other phone out there.

After trading in my IPhone 8 I am left asking myself why I waited so long to upgrade to something with a larger screen size. It’s huge but I love it!
