Recently upgraded this device for my mom. Upgraded her Iphone 6 to this. She had to get used to the no finger print and center button. Camera on this is much better than all the other Iphones.

The updated camera is the main reason I upgraded from my iPhone 7 plus and it has performed per expectations. I also purchased the plug in adapter and it seems to charge the phone faster.

Fantastic phone. Camera is amazing, particularly for night shots. The wide angle lense also comes in handy. It is too big for me so I returned and will ne getting the 12 pro when available.

This is a great phone I upgraded from an iPhone 7 the battery lasts almost 2 days straight without needing a charge and I am on it constantly would highly recommend getting this

Love the clarity and color on the face of the phone and the slightly larger phone has made it easier for me to dial and text . Very sleek and light for the performance of the phone .

I love the new Blue Color and I like the bigger size on the Pro Max. Really like the camera features. I have a new puppy and take a lot of pictures to share with family and friends.

I bought this for my wife to replace her iPhone 6. What a world of difference. She is discovering new features every day. She loves the better picture quality and the animated emojis.

Got this for my son. First time with a large screen format and he was amazed! It was time for an update. Make sure you backup to the iCloud first. Apple makes an excellent product!

I love this phone! The iPhone XS Max was my first iPhone and this new model definitely doesn’t disappoint. I skipped the 11 waiting for the 12 and I’m glad I did! Cameras are fantastic!

Having upgraded from a iPhone 6s Plus the change is dramatic. Love the facial recognition and the camera is amazing. Still learning about what this phone can do. Highly recommend

Only had for a short period of time, but am thoroughly enjoying my new phone. Coming from a 6S-Plus and still experimenting with all the new features of the 12 Pro Max. What fun!!

Purchased the new iPhone 12 Pro Max today. So far the phones works great upgraded from the XS Max.

I love the phone with some caveats mostly attributed to the size. I came from an iPhone X. With that said having owned this phone for almost a month it is great and wonderful upgrade from the X. Hand use can be awkward at times too. Would I go to another iPhone Max not sure. "Pocketability" sucks because of size and weight.

I have been an Android user for some years. I thought I wouldn’t be able to go back to Apple but it has been fairly easy. I am really enjoying learning about my new phone!

I had the 7. So it was time. Taking time to get used to. Disappointed for the money you don’t get headphones or a plug anymore. Jack is different so can’t use the old one.

So far my wife likes this phone. It’s her first iPhone so it’s an adjustment for her. She hasn’t had many issues with it and loves the features of the phone.

I wasnt going to upgrade but my old phone forced me into it, looked into other phones but these just play so well with my computer. pretty color, camera is a nice upgrade

Camera has lots of bells and whistles. Took me a minute to figure it out, but it’s great. Battery life is decent and display quality is great.
