Great phone and like the new features although it will take a while to get used to the changes from the iPhone 8. Calls are crystal clear and camera is a great feature.

Really like this iPhone. I like that they went back to the squared edges... feels great in the hand. For some reason it feels much lighter than the 11 Pro Max as well.

My iPhone 12 Max Pro is definitely better than my iPhone 6Plus. However, later I observed that not all of my contacts transferred over after it was “mirrored” from my old phone. Kudos to sales Rep Rapheal at the Milpitas store because he was phenomenal & assisted me with most of my new phone set-up. Thx, Z

Finally upgraded from my iPhone 6+. While it’s much different, it’s much better. It’s a Phablet for sure, but it’s AMAZING.

My intentions was not to get this phone. But there I was with the sales associate and we were talking. I just got it. I am super happy I did. I love this phone.

I upgraded from the iPhone X to the 12 Pro Max, and I'm glad I did. I thought it was going to be too large, and it's great -- the screen size is awesome!

The cameras on the new iphone are insane. I love every aspect of this phone. Feels like a premium phone. Looks like a prenium phone and runs like a premium phone.

The gold is sharp! Like the new form factor. Camera was the selling point though and so far it hasn't disappointed. I like the landscape width without going to pano.

The battery life on this phone is amazing! Glad I decided to wait and upgrade to this phone instead of previous phones.

Love the size of this iPhone! The color I chose was out of stock but I was notified via text as soon as it arrived and had no trouble picking it up in store.

Awesome phone with so many options. Long battery life and durability that will last you! I like it because it syncs with all apple products that I have.

Incredible Camera! I recently upgraded from the 10 Max, and I have to say the wide angle camera and just camera in general on this phone is great.

Gotta love you iphone. It runs faster then the previous one. Must be by design by apple. Just like when they to updates to all the older phones.

Excellent phone is all I can say. Best Buy’s upgrade program is pretty seamless. Of course iPhones are pretty pricey but I believe they are worth it.

I really really like the fact that Apple brought back the square edges but imo it’s no different than my 11 Pro Max. I only upgraded to use the 5G since sprint/T-Mobile wasn’t cutting it. I do wish that it came in Red or Green instead of the blue which is why I settled for the gold/white combo.

Best Iphone I've ever had. Love the color and the pictures turn out gorgeous, even in low-light settings. Definitely worth the extra to have the Pro Max

Since I left the Android versions I have not been disappointed with apple! I will not go back and this iPhone has great features that are hard to ignore

This phone was better than I thought it would work The camera takes pictures sharper, crisper pictures than any phone I ever owned. I highly recommended it.

The camera feature is outstanding!! Switched from Samsung to Iphone to FaceTime my daughter whom is now in college. Nice phone!

I have always been an android user. My husband got this phone and I wanted one too. The camera quality is awesome, perfect for photos at night.
