The iPhone 12 Pro Max is an awesome phone. The UI has not changed, but I actually like that. Everything opens up quickly, and the processor is smooth! I will say that it was pretty annoying to buy a charger for a phone that I spent that much money on, but that’s on Apple and not on Best Buy.

Love this phone. Bought one for my wife and liked it so much I got one for myself. Love the camera and it really does take great pictures in the dark.

Best iPhone to date. I have opened every iteration of the iPhone since the iPhone 3. With 5G built in and dual sim capability who could ask for more.

Lives up to the hype in every area. Great camera system. 5G is not as fast as expected but that is more of a Verizon issue dependent upon location.

Love the phone I upgraded from a XR but honestly I don’t notice any major changes besides the size of the phone. The camera is great that’s a plus

I’ve used iPhones now for years. This one of the best iPhones I’ve had since the iPhone 5. Love that they went back with that design.

Really happy with this phone. I’ve generally been a Samsung person but some very basic things that should be working natively are not, so I switched back to iOS, or at least until I find an Android device that functions as a communication device first. This thing just works. My only complaint is that it’s a heavy phone but that’s a personal thing and not reflective on the device itself. Nice color too. Never thought I’d buy a blue phone but it’s almost teal in its hue and is the nicest looking one in the lineup.

The best phone of 2020 in my opinion. I still have mine and it rates almost as good as the new iPhone 13 pro max.

Pricey as always, but oh my gosh, the camera has been worth it! I quit using my DSLR and only use this for video now!!!

She does not give up with any challenges with transferring info from one iPhone to the new one, even from my late husband's phone to my new iphone...Kari has the work ethic that is so needed these days in our stores. Kari is a great asset to Best Buy! I'm thrilled Kari was promoted a few months ago, she deserved it for all she does for her customers. Thanks Kari!!!

Loving my new phone the only downside is that the auto-focus is really hard to get to work and takes a while to focus on whatever it is that you're taking a picture of. It's over priced for how little change there is from the 11 last year but I'm upgrading from an 8.

With the 5G connection, watching movies is superfast. Outgoing calls even in my basement is connecting.

So in love with my new iPhone. The camera is awesome. Takes amazing pics. Video quality is so good. I’m so in love with my new phone.

Going from an IPhone 6 to an IPhone 12 makes a world of difference. I hope this phone with 5G technology will last as long as my IPhone 6.

Love my phone so far. Nice classic look. Much louder sound. Slightly bigger also. Probably keep this phone for a couple of years.

I’m having a blast taking pictures with my new phone. It was incredibly easy to set up and transfer from my old phone. What a great upgrade.
