Would go from 95% to 35% sitting on the nightstand overnight with nothing running. Went to Best Buy 16 days after purchase and they would not help me and sent me to Apple, thanks Best Buy! Apple had me go through a few days of resetting the phone to finally agree the phone was defective. Their policy is to take apart and rebuild the phone to repair it. Sure, spend $1100 and in less than 3 weeks we are trying to rebuild it? They finally consented and the Genius Bar gave me a new phone. The new phone is perfect, no issues.
