Hello after trading in my old iPhone 8plus for a upgrade & service with the brand new device IPhone 12 Pro Max 5G 256GB I’m excited to have & learn more about the IPhone 12 Pro Max. I love the color as well. It’s me. Definitely!!! Thank you Best Buy for making my New Year & Fresh New Start to 2021.

Great Apple phone. The only problem I have with this phone is I bought it to take photos when I'm out and about away from my Nikon. The silver rings are the lens create lens flare on photos. But it isn't really lens flare it's reflection from the silver rings. These artifacts can ruin photos.

Joined the Apple family. Wants to be able to FaceTime and have the Apple Watch made me switch. It was a challenge to setup many call to cell provider. So far so good, would to have options to customize my snooze and wish it was a easier way to delete old text. Happy overall

After years using android phones I decided to switch over to IOS Devices and I’m really impressed with the overall experience. The phone takes some time learning all of the features and navigating through a different operating system, it won’t take long it’s a user friendly system

As always Apple's iPhones are the best phones available to buy, especially if you are using the Apple ecosystem as everything...just works seamlessly. I do miss the thinness and smooth curves of my iPhone XS Max from a few years past, as this phone just feels squarer and thicker. However everything works better including a better camera, on board speakers, and display. As with all of the other Apple items that I own, I can definitely recommend this phone. It looks great and works great.

Great phone no issues I traded in my iphone xr phone for this. I always use bestbuy to trade in phones sometimes they offer more for the phone and extra bonuses when you use bestbuy to get what you want no matter who the carrier is.

Really good phone. The simplistic screen design makes it easy to find what I need when I need it. It would be nice if the port was usb c instead of the thunderbolt. I used to use Samsung Note series but the screens have the curve, and I can't stand the darn curve.

Upgraded from the the iPhone XS Max. No problems with my old phone just upgraded to give my mom my the XS so she could have a more current model. I have had an iPhone for 12+ years and have never had an issue that couldn’t be fixed

I expected better performance from a 5 G phone. It is difficult to pick up internet (for some odd reason). When calls come in, it shows at the top portion of the screen which is hard to notice. I keep getting alerts to lower the volume (like really??). I regret getting this phone for $1200 way over priced if you ask me. Sorry but im done with these expensive phones.

Needed to replace a tired iPhone 7. Find the 12pro Max facial recognition difficult in the day of face coverings.

I bought this phone because I was due for an upgrade.I have always been and Android person so this is my first I phone ,it has took me a little while to get use to it but so far I am loving it.I do believe it will be more beneficial to me once I get use to it.

Just another iPhone, works about as good as any other. Had an issue where I bought one and it wouldn’t connect to WiFi, mobile data, wouldn’t send any texts or photos or would take at minimum 15 minutes to send. All phone calls dropped or wouldn’t go through at all. Went back a week later and got a different phone of the same model. Haven’t had any issues since then.

The phone is excellent. However, I when from an Android to the iPhone. I used it a week and returned it and got a new Android. The quality seemed very good and I had no complaints about the build. I just didn't care for change from my Android.

Works as expected, camera quality is really amazing. In the Verizon network the quality is crystal clear.

Very happy with the new phone I got me and my girlfriend both a new 12 pro max big upgrade from our old phones they have a couple bugs but with each new software update that comes out there has been fewer and fewer that’s pretty normal with new releases

No problem with the phone but the salseman did not listen to me as I ordered a 512g and when I got to checking the phone it is a 256g. I was only charged for the 256 but I'm disappointed that I did not pay better attention to the receipt. My bad

Fast phone. I enjoy the larger screen. Not sure if it was worth the extra money over the other model

Our experience at Best Buy was very professional, friendly, and informative. While I cannot remember our associate's name, everybody we met there was very courteous and gave us a premium experience while also helping us with our purchases.
