I’ve had an iPad for years. This is basically a smaller version. It took some getting used to as I’ve been strictly Android for over 10 years. Sometimes the apps take a minute to close but other than that it works well.

One of the best phones that I have had. The navigation is easy and the sound quality is great. The camera zoom has been a tremendous hit with family, especially my wife,has taken exceptional detailed pics of her refurbishing projects.

My daughter loves this phone. I buy her a new model every 2-4 years as long as she doesn’t break her phone during that time. So far, it has proven to be a good incentive for her to take care of her phone.

So far this is just like any other phone. 5G isn't that great but the battery does last.

I upgraded my wife from a 7-plus to this beauty. She is not into the upgrade phenomena and was happy with her 7-plus, but once she got her hands on this beauty…it was love from the beginning

So glad I went back to the iPhone! I decided to try a Galaxy Note because I had one years ago but this time I hated it. I'm sure it's personal preference, but I am so glad to have my iPhone back!

Good purchase in store but, online was more reasonable and they messed my order up in store but overall it is a good phone to have not the 6.1 was way to small if you can avoid going in store do so…

It’s an iPhone. Lol it works excellently. I thought I would have some trouble setting it up but eemven that went smoothly. I didn’t have to go to Best Buy or Verizon for help. I was very pleased with my purchase.

This phone went beyond my expectation. I have had some experiences with the customer services representative. He was so quick to finish my purchase and he didn't even try to explain what i was trying to ask.

I just converted from android, it was alot easier then I thought. Only issue with phone is charging it in my F250 wireless charger, tight fit but still works.. I also had to replace my phone it hardware issues, U only have 14 days with best buy to get it replaced with new... other then that ur own with ur cell phone provider or apple to address issue with ur phone..

Decided to upgrade to the I-Phone 12 Pro Max. Best phone I’ve owned and buying it at Best Buy made for an smooth transaction since I was doing a trade in.

Had many I phones this is my first max though and all the bells and whistles with new upgrades are great. Apple keeps producing great products every time.

Very nice build and quality. Just wish it has the 120 refresh rate. iPhone has a really nice sound quality hands down. Very smooth considering. I really love Siri over bixby any day.

I bought these iphones for my daughters on their birthday. I am not an iphone user but iPhone is come a long way with it's user interface and it's ease of use that I may be converting soon

Great experience. Quick and very helpful. I swapped phone 2 different time because I was not happy with them. Staff was very understating and helped me get what I want I love my new phone.

Great Apple phone. The only problem I have with this phone is I bought it to take photos when I'm out and about away from my Nikon. The silver rings are the lens create lens flare on photos. But it isn't really lens flare it's reflection from the silver rings. These artifacts can ruin photos. Otherwise, a great Apple product as always.

I liked the 3 camera back of the iphone. Its very different to hold its slimmer, looks nice. Also the LiDar sensor is great. I purchased Pacific blue and its looking super classy.
