I love this phone I traded in my 11 promax and upgraded to a song although I am having issues with my trade-in. I’m still being charged for a device I know longer have

The phone is just lovely. It threw me off because it comes in a Non Standard Apple Box. That was surprising. I was looking for the regular Apple Box. No headphone included . There is no Cube included to charge. Apple is getting hella cheap. The phone itself is pretty. I will update this review if I see that this is crap. We will see.

Great service and knowledgeable employees. Over all great experience. However, requiring a “written review “, a “Title” and a “Display Name” in this review is NOT a good experience.

Really was not that happy with phone. The video and photos was the best features of phone and worked great, just acquiring a signal or holding one seemed week and some other small issues. I might try the newest iPhone to see if better.

Not much different than the iPhone 11 Pro Max to be honest...other than the shape of the phone. It’s edges are more flat than rounded. But as always, apple has the best products.

I bought this phone for my son for Christmas. Oh boy was he surprised. I was able to do same day curbside pickup, which was very convenient. He absolutely loves his new phone.

It’s a nice photo and I like it. The staffs there in bestbuy are very helpful and I feel comfortable with all treatment they do especially to the virus. Thanks to all of you.

I love Apple products because of how long they last. I'll admit, I'm still trying to figure out all the cool features on this phone, but so far, it's fantastic!

Absolutely love this. Been a Samsung galaxy die hard but made the switch, their watches do so much more and music is so much better than galaxies. Couldn't be more happy.

It’s a vibrant display and the operating system is smooth. The draw back is the volume minder that turns down your volume even if your using a boom box and not headphones. You are constantly walking over to turn your music up again! I don’t need a phone that thinks it’s my mother.

This phone is awesome. It’s pretty much just an iPhone 11 but I needed to buy a new phone due to theft. If you have a choice save money and get the 11 pro max

Well built phone pre-ordered and delivered on release day. It will take some time to explore all the capabilities but no complaints. A premium price but a premium product.

If you’ve owned an iPhone you pretty much know what to expect…I bought this so I could use 2 numbers without having to walk around with 2 phones

My wife went from an iPhone 8 Plus to the iPhone 12 Max and used for almost 30 days. She highly recommends the upgrade to the swipe rather than the button push.

I upgrade my phone every year and the 12 Pro Max is the best graphics I’ve ever seen on a phone! It’s been the greatest purchase and I would definitely recommend.

It is a bit large but still manageable in my pocket. I had expected the camera to be easier given that I was coming from Android. All in all excellent choice.
