I love my phone! Perfect size, awesome pictures, lots of room for my music and photos!

I waited quite a while to upgrade my I phone. Finally decided on this 12 pro Max. So far i am very pleased with it. The Pacific Blue color is a nice change compared to the silver and space gray! It does what it should. 5G is definitely fast when available. Screen is crisp and sharp. A little pricey for a phone. Especially since I had to drop an extra $120 for a Magsafe charger, power cube and magsafe compatible case. But once it was all acquired I have one he k of a phone package!

I love this phone, large screen and storage. Runs really fast and has Apple security.

Luv it! Its easier to use than my 6+ iphone, lots of great new features, and I luv that everything is bigger on the screen-from the keyboard to reading articles and emails, etc. Also the saleperson did a fabulous job from sale to transfer of data (and my special wallpaper) from my old iphone to the new. I twittered Verizon and told them I would never buy another cellphone from them again! Thank you BB for a fab shopping experience. Do not hesitate to upgrade!

I mean it’s an iPhone. You get what you expect from it super smooth interface. Great cameras. If you’re upgrading from anything iPhone 10 and below it’s a big upgrade. If you have an 11 pro you’re good for a while just wait on it. Still it’s a great phone love the big screen. Quick and responsive any go wrong with a 12 pro max. Also the battery life is crazy last all day on 80%. Apple did their thing with this one.

If you’re an Apple fan this will be exactly what you expect. Sleek, fast, packed with the features you expect. So far no issues. Some coming from older iPhones may be upset that the adapter and earphones no longer come with the iPhones but for many this won’t be a big deal. You can use any usb c adapter you may already own (apple or not) or you may have to invest in one. 5G works great in my area. Definitely a great upgrade from older iPhones.

My husband and I both purchased the new Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max on the same day even though I hadn't planned on it. I was enjoying my older iPhone but we got such a great deal that I decided to go for it. This phone is great and runs really fast. My husband really wanted it for the picture taking abilities and while I'm not as phone savvy as he is, I'm enjoying the picture quality myself. Very happy with our purchases!

I switched from Samsung to iPhone at the encouragement of my family. I have had this phone for only a month. Obviously, there is still a lot I have to learn about the features. I do notice that there are a lot of intuitive features. Almost like AI trying to read my mind. Sometime with great results and then some not as desirable. Overall I am glad I went for the 256 GB as we tend to use our phones more and more. I am also trying to be careful about adding Apps. So far I think this phone was a very good upgrade. Lots of good features. Especially like the photo ability of the iPhone. Each picture can be like a short video. As a Grandparent this is an awesome feature. Probably what sold me.

I love all there’s is to love on this phone!!! I’m glad that they went back to the steel flat sided phone bodies it was like the IPhone 5S and the iPhone X had a baby on steroids this is such a great phone picture quality with the 3-camera lenses make for spectacular 12 megapixel shots...and The phones ability to sharply auto focus in pitch darkness helps as well

Man I love this phone! This was an upgrade from my Android phone I had for several years. Functionality is similar with some exception to apple only products (had to upgrade my smart watch too). I can’t get over all the picture making abilities. And the older I get the bigger the screen has to be … hence the plus at the end of the description.
