Very nice photos, good battery life. Very fast processing.

Was overdue for an upgrade. Had an iPhone 7+. Was running into a lot of issues with the phone, thus, I needed a new phone. This phone is great. The pictures come out great. Especially the low light pictures. I just think it is way to overpriced. Also, I hate how there's a huge difference between Pro and Pro Max feature-wise.

Fantastic item. The battery power is so much better than my previous phone and the screen is so much easier to read and the graphics are significantly better. The 5G is available in my area and works on this phone. Also the increased internal memory helps store all my previous photos and videos and plenty of room for more.

Large screen, snappy processor and a killer camera.

The large Pro Max are worth it. Larger screen but still easy to hold! Screen quality is much better. We purchased two phones with screen protectors and silicone cases, that is easier to hold than our old apple leather cases. Cameras are well worth it. Data xterm was iCloud smooth. Service was outstanding at the store.

Another winner from Apple!!! This is my third Iphone and the best one I've ever had. The screen is amazing, the cameras are awesome, and the glass is tougher. I was worried about losing the home button, but it hasn't been a difficult transition. The only downside is the cost...but you get what you pay for.

Due to Apple's Covid protocols, I had to make a temporary purchase of this phone instead of Apple Care giving a loaner. I used it for a few weeks. The camera is really great compared to my 8 Plus, but there is a huge learning curve not having the home button! There were a lot of things I could no longer figure out how to set or control myself. I would could not afford to keep it and while I will miss the camera, I was happy to return to the simplicity and home button of my 8 Plus.

I’ve had this phone for a week now. The camera(s) are a major upgrade from my one XR. Also luckily I also have a 5G tower near my house so that has been great. Love the phone and the size wasn’t that hard to get used to. Last thing, the battery life is crazy good on this phone.

Yeh best phone ever it Blows all my other iPhones away I switched from IPhone X which was good and I waited for 5G, the cameras are beyond better and I even dumped my Canon RP mirrorless camera as I cycle ride and take pics and food pics and business pics for my website it’s about time!!

The iPhone Pro Max is a great phone. I haven’t had it very long but I really do like it. I like not having a “home” button, I am watching many tips and tricks for this phone and enjoying taking pictures.I did not compare this phone with the other iPhone 12’s but this one is the one for me.

I upgraded from an iPhone 10 to this 12 Pro Max. My only reason for upgrading was that Best Buy gave me a good trade in offer. But some of the things I like about this 12 is the case design, bigger screen size and the cameras. It really is a very good mobile device.

It’s my first Apple phone with out the home button. It is fantastic. I love the size. It’s a max pro, nice large screen but still fits in hand. The process was smooth as usual, Best Buy has the right people in place to handle the phone swaps I haven’t needed a Verizon store in years.

This is my first time with an Apple device and I have to say that I am thoroughly enjoying it. I had come from using a Pixel 4 XL which was giving me all sorts of problems. With this phone the battery life is awesome and the picture quality from all three cameras are just amazing.

This is an AWESOME phone!!! I hav had 5,8,10 and 11 and the 12 is better than all 4 past phones combined. Beautiful pictures and videos. The phone reps are super and take all the time you need to learn the intricasies of this model. 5g is quick and reliable. Buy one!!!!!

Been a long time Android user. Apple didn’t make a phone big enough for these gorilla paws I got. When they final decided to up the screen size I decided to make the switch. I’m very happy with my iPhone and iOS is very polished. Definitely switched me to an apple guy.

This was an upgrade Christas gift for my daughter!! She loves it! The cameras are superior. She loves the size, color, but mostly she loves apple phones. Best Buy tech was awesome!! Easy peasy! Only complaint is the provider we have. But thst is for another time!!

Great performance, large screen, and a battery that is lasting two full days with my normal use. On other phones if I got a day out of a charge that was very good. Haven't used all the features - and probably won't - but what I've used so far is excellent!

The iPhone 12 Pro Max is great. It's larger than my old phone yet easy & comfortable to hold. Everything downloaded perfectly (except passwords, of course). I felt like there was not gap between phones. And the battery life is much longer.

This phones are just the best in the market, good overall features, great camera (that’s what I like the most!!) ease of use, I cannot even name every good feature of this phone since there is so many! Highly recommended but a bit pricey.

Nice phone, decent battery life and great camera! It's an apple product...wish it had more features of newer samsung. I'll be switching soon. Staying right now because of family account and daughter connected to it while being out of the country. I am tired of the typical apple drama and ready to switch. I upgraded to this over the 10 max because of better camera but its still a typical apple phone and still buggy as all get out.
