After spending about about 2 hours in the store. They told me the phone was activated it wasn't and the store is now closed. Now I have to miss 1 day of work due to that I need my phone for work!! DONT EVER USE BEST BUY PICK UP FOR A MOBILE DEVICE IT WAS A TOTAL DISASTER!!!!!!!!!!!

The phone was a open box had stretch on the side I was charged full price Had no time to return it. Phone works fine employees need to look at the product before they bring it out

Glitch glitch glitch. Straight to Voicemail after one ring. Hours and hours of time spent in phone with apple and Verizon just to correct. No one can correct this.

Very disappointed in this phone. Coming from Samsung S10Plus, this phone is not very advanced. Quality_ is on par with most phones in this price range. Camera - The images while are GREAT for up close portraits, are very soft with Landscape or environmental type stuff. A little disappointing even with Apple Raw. Android users- If you are a power user with opening different apps/windows, Don't Switch! You will be disappointed I switched to try out the Apple Ecosystem, While I love certain Apple products, I wanted to try the iphone 12 Pro Max. It is behind the Latest phones from Google and Samsung. So please be aware of that, Apple Pro Raw while great for portraits it still lacks something. Photography is my hobby.

Showed up at 630 pm to sign up for a new phone plan. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to help me. Was finally acknowledged that I was there and was told it would be a little bit as someone else was activating their phones. The floor manager finally arrived and the personnel asked him if he would do a Verizon activation and he simply said no. Told me to schedule for another day. Wish I would have been told that I couldn’t be helped immediately so I didn’t waste my time. While I only spend a couple of thousand at the store annually, I will make certain I never spend another dime at any of their locations. The floor manager was completely unprofessional and didn’t spend the time to find out how long I was there. I will make certain that no one I know goes to start a phone plan there, or purchases anything from them.

tried to surprise my wife with a new iphone 12 pro max and boy did that backfire. Complete waist of 1400 dollars. Took back for issues of freezing and not charging to do up loads and resets and still does not work. my wife took out of case to get it to charge on IR charger and cracked back when she accidently dropped it on counter top. Not even worth 600 dollars to fix back glass for junk phone. Save yourself money and don't switch and less you want to hang out in apple stores and accomplish nothing when they tell you it works fine. Will be my last apple product, just wish they had something less than one star.

I bought a 5G phone thinking I could get 5G. AFTER I bought the phone I was advised there is NO 5G in my area. VERY disappointed.
