From having an iPhone 5s to a 6+ to an 8+ and finally upgrading to Apple's newest all-screen high quality product felt relieving. Not to mention the new structure of the phone along with its beautiful matte pacific blue color is definitely worth the price!

Excellent phone. Its not as big as I feared it would be. Upgraded from an old 6 plus and its not much bigger. only difference is the amazing screen. good detail and it is edge to edge. so I got more screen without increasing much more in physical size!

Upgraded my phone from the 11 Pro to this 12 Pro Max. I thought the larger size was going to take some getting used to, but I quite like it. Overall a great upgrade from the 11. I love the quality of the camera and the ability to film in Dolby Vision.

Best iPhone yet.coming from an IPhone 8 Plus this was a major upgrade. The camera is beyond what I imagined. If you are debating the iPhone 12 vs 12 pro spend the extra money. It’s worth it ! 12 pro Max is what I purchased and the size is perfect !

I miss the thumbprint button of my iPhone 7 Plus as opposed to the facial recognition that this phone uses instead. Otherwise this phone has been a great upgrade. The camera is awesome. Took the family to the beach and we got some really great shots. Having 5G is nice as well. Hopefully this lasts 5+ years like the 7 Plus did. The price of these phones is ridiculous, but I bought it anyway so whatevs.

So far my new iPhone 12 Pro Max is good. It takes time to get use to no home button and how you turn it off but you get accustom to it. Takes good photos not grainy like the old iPhone 7+ lol just wish they were cheaper to buy

I want going to update from my XS max but glad I did. Initially I upgraded only because my service had become terrible and I thought it was my phone. While that ended up not being the issue I am still glad I pulled the trigger. Just for the camera it was worth it to me. I cannot believe how much of a difference there is. 5G is spotty in my area still but where it is available the internet is ridiculously fast.

I am thrilled with my new phone. I waited to get it and now I realize I should have had it for a long time. It is simple to use and very easy to learn about all the new features . Much faster and holds a charge much longer!

Camera gives you better optical views. Love the variety of colors. Connects fast to Bluetooth. Clearer photos. Three different cameras to zoom in. Love the size of the screen.

I upgraded from the iPhone 10 to this 12 Pro Max on a trade in promotion. This phone has everything I will ever need. The camera is excellent with extremely clear video's. As with Apple iPhone's, it is very easy to use

Best Buy was very nice and thorough. They were very willing and qualified to help and they told the truth in detail. They made the transition to the new phone painless, and communicated to me promptly when phone was ready for pickup. I absolutely LOVE my phone. Smoother operation than my XS Max. I love the color of both devices I picked up and the photos are very clearly defined. Very happy with my choice as well as making my purchase from Best Buy.

Everything an iPhone should be. Upgraded from a 7 Plus. Getting used to no home button wasn't as bad as I expected. This thing runs so much better than my old phone, and the pictures and videos are just stunning.

I “upgraded” to the iPhone 12 Pro Max about 1 month ago. Prior to this phone I had an iPhone 11 Pro Max. The 11 was better. Based on my use, these are the following cons with this phone: 1) With a price tag of over $1000 Apple REALLY can’t provide a charger, seriously?!?! That BS about saving the earth ain’t flying, they just got stupid. 2)My first observation is the 12 battery life is shorter than the 11. I do understand the 5G sucks more battery power, but I am mainly using my phone on WiFi and battery life is noticeably less. 3)The “feel” of the phone in my hands is not comfortable due to the square edges. The rounded edges of the prior iPhones is more comfortable (in my opinion). Pros: 1)The 5G is noticeably quicker with this phone. 2)Ease of use, it’s an iPhone I have not got a chance to test the 12’s camera in order to compare with the 11. My personal opinion would be if one has an older phone (ie 6,7,8,etc), this 12 would be a great upgrade, not worth the “upgrade” going from an 11 to the 12. Apple needs to bring their prices down for these phones.

The nostalgic look of the iPhone 12 gives you a way better grip on the phone itself and the camera quality is wonderful. It’s about time apple upped the starting storage

My phone that I upgraded was a 7+. The 12 pro max is pretty amazing and the 5G works great. Uploads are very quick and plenty of storage. I do wish that it still has a thumbprint option though

Easy to use and great screen quality. It was an unplanned upgrade but feels like my previous version with ease to use. It is a little heavier but not too weighted. Overall enjoying my recent purchase.

I’m loving the phone. The upgraded camera is amazing. The clarity is unreal. The battery life is surprisingly good... for now. I’m hoping it stays that way for a while. But I’m glad I upgraded from the XS max.

I’ve owned every generation of iPhone since the 3GS. Another nice iteration of the iPhone line. Fast processor, beautiful display, amazing camera. Ticks all the boxes of what you would want in an iPhone.

Bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves this. Fantastic photos and excellent large screen to view them. She's thanked me many times for recommending the switch from iPhone 8 Plus to this 12 Pro Max.

Great phone! Purchased to replace my IPhone XS Max. The camera is way better than the XS and was well worth the upgrade. The new design of the sides makes the phone super comfortable to hold as well.
