iPhone 12 bad choice in non 5G areas

It took over two hours before they were able to activate my phone. I still am getting terrible service at my house. Calls keep dropping constantly. People can’t call me, and I can’t call out. Have changed SIM card 3 times now. Need to return phone. Probably no hope for this phone.
