Very helpful associates and knowledgeable. The overall process was easier than expected! They explained everything about the phone, ways to download previous Apps and photos. Setting up the ICloud account. The accessories selections were great and readily available. Would definitely recommend going to your local Best Buy store.

Great device I recently made the switch from Samsung to apple after my phone died on me, and talking to my boss on how she liked her switch as well. It takes some getting familiar with the phone and the differences, but overall please with my decision.

Awesome phone. Best I've ever had and a nice step up from the Note 10+ I had. Glad to be back with Apple. If nothing else, the apps are just better on iOS. Just don't buy the phone from Best Buy. The girl wasted 2 hours of my time in the store trying to activate it and I got it done in 5 minutes when I got back to work.

I switched from Android kicking and screaming but am so glad I did. This I-phone is far superior to the android devices I’ve used. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it has been to use.

great phone My little brother on my plan so he got this. he traded in his old phone for this. I always use bestbuy to trade in phones sometimes they offer more for the phone and extra bonuses when you use bestbuy to get what you want no matter who the carrier is.

I love the size of the phone, I wish it came with the box like previous iPhones but overall nice phone.

Very Smart phone. So far I am still learning about this tracking device. So being as busy as I have been makes it a good tool to have in one’s hand. Who knows how many others are able use this same device when I’m not. But that shall be known eventually.

I love the new phone, and the fact that it’s stronger than my previous one so I can see the blue color under my clear case and and glass protector. I’m looking forward to learning more camera techniques too. I got a great trade in on my 10x max too.

I have thoroughly enjoyed receiving my iPhone 12 Pro Max as a graduation gift. I had a iPhone 7 Plus previous, the only difficulty i had was learning how to use this phone without the home button. Since i learned it i have found this is quite easy to use.

Great camera for low light. Huge difference from the iPhone 7+. Sucks how different the pro max is from the pro.
