Great phone. Quality of calls, pictures is great. Speed and storage are really good.

My wife and I recently purchased two Apple iPhones 13, to replace the iPhones 6 we were using for the past decade or so. We greatly appreciated the assistance and set-up we received from the Best Buy associate we worked with. And we really like the phone. Our only complaint is that shutting off the phone requires us to simultaneously press two buttons on the right and left.

I was previously an android user. The mountain of spam I would receive daily was increasing. With the iPhone I still receive a lot of messages, but they are not spam, they are from companies that I have actually worked with in the past. I am unsubscribing like crazy and hopefully will get it to a level I can tolerate.

I bought this phone for my husband for his birthday. He had an old iPhone 8 that was completely wrecked from years of owning it. This new phone is great, battery lasts so long and camera is really nice!

It was much easier to buy through the best buy site and link it to my account. The At&t store didn't have any phones in stock, and they always take forever. Just order it online and go pick it up. No waiting. New iPhone. Great because it's new, not because it's better than other iPhones.

I love Apple products and my husband was using an android phone I finally convinced him to switch to an Apple phone I figured I would get him an 11 or a 12. Little did I know it was actually less expensive to purchase a Apple 13. So that what I purchased and he loves it so far

Had it a few weeks now. A good phone that works for me. However, I did have to spend a few days getting used to the differences between my older iPhone and this one.

Great phone, this was a purchase for my mother in law she still had an iPhone 6 S plus so she really needed a new phone. She has had it now for a couple of weeks now and is getting used to sliding up with no button at the bottom. Likes it a lot

I love the color so beautiful and different. Not too big or small. The camera quality is excellent. The water resistance is good, not going to lie. Water has fallen on my phone, and it's still acting is the perfect connection

Love it not much different from my 11 but the camera is A++

The battery life is much longer and it charges quickly. I hadn’t upgraded my phone since 2019 since nothing peaked my interest and also I had a fully functional phone. My old phone stopped working and I had to upgrade. I’m glad I went with this version.
