I am still getting used to the iPhone 13. It is a little bit different than using my old Google phone that I like the lot however the battery was no good. The service at Best Buy was very good they help me set up the phone.

Awesome phone wish i would have held out another month or two because the 14 came out but I needed to upgrade and I am not disappointed.

I needed to update. Previous phone was iPhone 7. Battery lasts longer. I only have to charge it every other day.

Feels well made. Previously had a older budget Motorola that was having blue tooth issues. This iPhone 13 feels really fast and works great so far. Battery life is great as well.

They add on a new bell or whistle to each model to make you spend money, not bad on the extras. Camera is much better than previous but no button on bottom of screen is missed lol.

Love the new phone! I have been waiting a long time to upgrade and it was finally time! So thankful for the help of the team members there to get me set up!

Great updates from my 6S. After owning my 6S model I finally gave in to be more up to date and relevant. I don't regret the decision.

Always been a Samsung fan girl. Still prefer Samsung. Got an iPhone to see what’s so great about them. They have their perks but I still miss the perks Samsung has. If you’re an Apple fan, this is a good phone.

Love our new iPhone 13’s. My husband and I both upgraded from iPhone 6s and what a difference. Totaltech support set them up in no time well worth the cost of the coverage.

Love this phone, I've had an Apple phone since the early 2000's wouldn't have any other phone plus it sync's up with my other Apple products.

Had a few glitches getting this phone activated by Verizon. Not Best Buy’s fault. My wife had an old iPhone so I wanted her to be less frustrated with her phone.

Very happy with this phone. Upgraded from IPhone 6S and am amazed at how much better this phone is. Great price too from Best Buy and salesperson was remarkable.

Product has many upgrades from the old product and is simple and easy to use. Setting things up was simple and easy also and it has functioned well without any difficulties.

I like the smaller size compared to our last iPhone. The camera seems to take shopper pictures and I can go almost 2 days without getting to charge the phone

Phones are great. The person who helped us, Brianna, was super patient & knowledgeable. The overall process just takes TOO long. We were there for four hours.

works very well sometimes when looking at pic. the screen shakes and was shocked that I had to buy a plug in for it (did not come with it ) an extra 20 bucks.

Great phone! Took a little bit of help from the Verizon phone assistant to get the data transferred because the old phone was android but other than that, working great.
