The people in the department where the phones are really nice. It did take an extremely long time, which is partly due to the internet access at Best Buy location. I did pay to have my data transferred, which did not occur. I was still charged the 39.99, which shouldn't be the case since after a few hours, I went home and manually uploaded new apps, etc.

Not a fan yet. Have dropped about 12 calls per day and can’t get co stent Bluetooth coverage on my truck

Frustrating wait to buy and set up this new phone. When I finally walked out an hour and a half later - none of the info was transferred from my old phone to my new phone that I paid cash for. Nor was my old phone wiped clean. I was told both of these things had been done, lied right to my face.

I did not make this pirchase - someone I do not know was able to go into Best Buy, using MY phone number, and purchase an I-Phone 13. This nearly $1000 purchase was fraudulently made by someone not me, and charged to MY wireless service provider account, using my phone number only, at the Best Buy store in Davenport Florida. My own connection to the wireless network was severed while I was driving. Although the charges to my service provider account have been removed, I am deeply disturbed that a representative within Best Buy allowed this to occur. No identification check was made, otherwise this fraud would have been detected. I am deeply deeply troubled by this lax security.
