Average, not so different from the old phone Ho-Hum

It gets to hot when plugged into the car. The touch screen sometimes works

Phone is fine - but DON'T buy through Best Buy. We bought on a promotion through Verizon. Have spent countless hours and 5 months trying to get the trade-in credit that was promised.

Bought a new iPhone online. Picked it up and neither Best Buy nor Verizon could activate the phone. Returned and was charged $45 for restocking fee.

Bad for an iPhone. Very extremely slow and no it’s not the carriers because my other phone works great which is a Samsung! Apple is just not as good as they used to be!

Speaker was terrible so I returned it for a Samsung that was half the price. I should have read all the other complaints about the speak quality before purchasing.

Worst signal and service ever. No help at store or though Verizon. Stuck with high bill for no service at my home or on my way to work.

I had trouble giving up my iPhone 6S. I liked the separate audio port, it’s feel, and it’s overall quality. Moving to the 13, however, has been a great experience. The battery life and performance at exceptional. I love my new abilities with the camera. With my noise canceling Bluetooth headphones, I never have any issues with the audio. In the case, 13 is our lucky number.

Ok so to start... Samsung does it first...Apple Does it RIGHT!! So, I switched from Android (Galaxy Note user since 2015, upgrading each year except for Note 7)… The iPhone 13 Pro Max has a design very similar to the iPhone 12 Pro Max — the only discernible change is the thicker camera bump which also has a larger square now. This highlights the one part of the phone that has seen significant change over the past year. On the display side, the notch has now been made smaller. But it has by no means gone away and I did not think this year the display is getting more real estate with this fix. Strangely, I felt the iPhone 13 Pro Max weighed a lot…240 grams!!

The I-phone 13 is easy to use, responds quickly, more apps than I will need. Just need to get use to not have a home button.

Very pleased with the two iPhone 13's we purchased to replace our iPhone 8's. Just the right size since we did not want phones that were too big for pants pocket or purse, these fit that criteria. Easy to set up and transferred all our info from iCloud backup's. Nick C. and Curran at Best Buy Rapid City made the purchase easier than Verizon and really know their products.

I did upgrade my iPhone 8 Plus for the iPhone 13 recently, and the contrast between each iPhone is vaguely different. The iPhone 13 includes an advanced camera quality, and night mode. Along with an extended battery life.

I had a 3 day experience with you and if it wasn’t for ERIN JACKSON in DOVER DE she was so patient, determined and persistent to get me set up. It took a lot of work nut she finally got the job done. She’s the BEST.
