Greatest iPhone 13 ever for multiple reasons and colors

I generally like the phone. My prior phone, iPhone 7Plus, had significantly less storage. I do prefer the Fingerprint and Home Button as compared to Face ID. I seem to be having to enter my passcode almost consistently instead of Face ID recognizing me. I wish it had come with instructions. I am having to figure out how some of the features work. I still haven't figured out how to get the page that has locking, volume, brightness, flashlight, focus, square with airplane mode, wi-fi, bluetooth, and internet, and other features to consistently pop up. Also, I have become frustrated when trying to edit a text. The cursor will not go where I tap so sometimes I have to tap several words away from where I want to edit or a different line in order to add or delete a letter, word, or punctuation. I'm also still trying to figure out how to use the Passwords on the phone. It was very easy for me using the Home button and fingerprint on the other phone when logging into an app.

Bought for my mom, and this phone is perfect for her. She did not need the pro, and the standard version has an amazing number of other features. Great with the phone trade promotion.

Does what it's supposed to do. Same old phone daughter enjoys it.

So far the phone is working great! I definitely needed to upgrade from the phone I had. The employees were very helpful and the whole process didn't take very long.

I have only begun to understand all its new features but everything seems promising. Perhaps a new feature could be added as a temporary app to show what is different from your current phone, assuming its an Apple. It does seem faster

I’m getting to know my new phone which replaces the iPhone 6S+; the new features are amazing! I love the longer battery life and charging it less frequently since I often stream the news while I’m in the kitchen. I use it a lot to have the internet in my hand rather than sitting at the computer which hurts my back. The BBB staff have been most helpful in issues about delivery, operating it, and have been available and willing to answer questions as needed. Very helpful and knowledgeable!

The phone is very responsive and light weight just what I was looking for in a cell phone. On the other hand the IPhone 13 is priced I believe to high although The Best Buy corporation has the best price. The insurance is I was told through Apple Care in the event the phone is lost, stolen, or Damaged will be replaced by a new IPhone 13 by Apple no question about it. Thank you Best Buy

I have had Apple phones since they came out. They are excellent quality and the 13 is also. I will say that I have NOT experienced the "vastly greater" bandwidth yet. In fact it loads about as my previous XR. BUT IOS 15 is excellent...
