Love the iPhone 13 Would recommend it to anyone Battery lasted all day

Excellent experience upgrading our phones at Best Buy. We purchased 2 IPhone 13’s. Excellent quality. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. I love the no pressure sales. We highly recommend Best Buy and the IPhones.

I love Apple products and my husband was using an android phone I finally convinced him to switch to an Apple phone I figured I would get him an 11 or a 12. Little did I know it was actually less expensive to purchase a Apple 13. So that what I purchased and he loves it so far

I bought this phone for my daughter as she was heading off to college and needed an upgrade from the IPhone 8. She has enjoyed this so far and has no complaints. Staff was also super helpful with installation, points, adding the case, and assisting in the decisions of which phone to purchase.

Love it not much different from my 11 but the camera is A++

Great phone, this was a purchase for my mother in law she still had an iPhone 6 S plus so she really needed a new phone. She has had it now for a couple of weeks now and is getting used to sliding up with no button at the bottom. Likes it a lot

Despite it being Cyber Monday, we had a great experience upgrading a phone. Mohman was calm cool and collected juggling 2-3 customers with the help of Tristan the Samsung rep.. providing us with a great kick off to our holiday!! Thanks Yeam!

The phone is ok. Had to replace my iPhone 7 because the battery would go dead every day even though I had the Apple store install a new battery. Not happy because my iTunes play lists no longer update to all my Apple devices. Bought last 2 phones from Best Buy because I bought an iPhone for wife from the Apple store and their service and set up was sub par and rushed even though I had an appointment. This phone does not always come on when opening case and no button to push?

So far I am very pleased with the performance of my iPhone 13. It is very easy to navigate and smooth. I have always been a Blackberry guy, but they are no longer. The young that waited on me was without a doubt the best I have experienced. You need to keep him if you can.

The battery life is much longer and it charges quickly. I hadn’t upgraded my phone since 2019 since nothing peaked my interest and also I had a fully functional phone. My old phone stopped working and I had to upgrade. I’m glad I went with this version.

Very snappy performance and the screen is much brighter and sharper from the iPhone 11 that it replaced. The candy bar shape is also much easier to hold than the smooth round edges. 5G is pretty useless since ATT coverage is spotty in this area, but that's not the phone's fault.

Easy to use. Large enough for senior eyes and comfortable in my hand. I really like the combination of photo recognition and password. The larger size is also more comfortable in my hand particularly on days I have an arthritis flare up. Thank you Apple.

Like the full screen. Easy to use. Wasn’t sure about not having a home button but like the new functionality

I love the color so beautiful and different. Not too big or small. The camera quality is excellent. The water resistance is good, not going to lie. Water has fallen on my phone, and it's still acting is the perfect connection

Improvement over the i-phone 10. The 13 5G is quick in respond time when looking up something. Size is right to fit in pants pocket. Easy phone to used and has clear screen for displaying. Also like the mid-night color of phone.

Great phone, however it did take some time to get used to all the changes in usage from the previous models. Since I also have another older iPhone as well as an iPad, going back and forth between new and old was at times a challenge.
