I bought this phone since I was ready to upgrade from an iPhone 6, glad I went with this model. Straightforward, no issues, and I like the new features. The battery life is awesome, I only have to charge at night and it lasts me all day with moderate use.

iPhone 13 does not disappoint. Has everything you have come to expect from an iPhone. The Best Buy team is helpful in selecting your phone based on your preferences and transferring your data from your old phone to your new phone.

This model has upgrades that take some getting used to and the learning curve is still a little steep. However, it is a significant improvement over the 7s and the trade-in made this a deal I could not pass up on.

My purchase overall was very good. The Best Buy employees were very courteous and helpful and did exactly what they said they were going to do to help me and I’m enjoying my new phone.

Bought for my mom who doesn’t use her phone much. She came from the 10 and she’s noticed significant battery improvement and a better camera, on top of speed.it’s easy for her to use (iOS, as always) and she really enjoys the new phone

I purchased iPhone 13 128 Gb in May 2022 due to iPhone 11 run over by a vehicle. I was due for an upgrade anyway with Att. Getting new phone through Best Buy was effortless. Be sure to get screen protector and case.

At this point in life these phones are a necessity. Im grateful they has something in stock after Christmas, because my old 2016 crashed.

The phone belongs to my wife and she uses it for her business. The battery seems to run all day. However, she has mentioned that she has had to charge it towards the evening expecting the battery to last a little longer than it does.

The iPhone 13 from Best Buy is just what I expected. ATT sent me there as they were out of stock. Received the same deal that ATT offered. Only negative was that I had to go back to ATT to give them my tradei-in

Everything I purchased from Best Buy including my iPhone 13, case, and screen protector, we’re professionally installed and set up buy the employees Best Buy and all exceeded my expectations.

No benefit of using Best Buy! Should have just went to the AT&T store!

Replaced IPhone 8 with a 13. Had the IPhone 8 for several years and did not want a new phone that required a new learning experience. Transition to new phone was seamless!

I’m upgrading from iPhone 7, so it’s a huge change. Very nice and sleek, makes me nervous that it will be easy to break. Has great battery life, nice larger screens, and super fast running power. So glad I upgraded

I bought this cheaper at Best Buy than I could get it at AT&T. On top of that they had more colors and choices than AT&T. Stop going to the tiny overcrowded phone stores. Best buy is where it’s at.

This is my first I phone. I am so thankful for the knowledgeable Best Buy employee who helped me choose the right I phone that would meet my needs and her patience in setting up my new phone.

5G is Great.. Nice Phone.. Battery is Good.. And of course new phone.. Time will tell.. I bought the iphone 13,, Its lighter then my xr.. Which I loved.. But I am on 5 g now,, Seems Good..

Love my new I phone. Very different from the android versions that I’m used to, but really not hard to figure it all out. The guy at Best Buy was great explaining everything to me.
