Love my new I phone. Very different from the android versions that I’m used to, but really not hard to figure it all out. The guy at Best Buy was great explaining everything to me.

So far I like the new iPhone 13 very well. I came from an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I like the smaller form factor and the lighter weight of this phone. I don’t miss the telephoto lens as of now.

The Apple iPhone 13 was a great purchase for my dad who is hearing impaired. He went from an iPhone 6 to this and he said it works great.

I've had my new phone for a week now and it is awesome compared to my iPhone 6 S that I replaced. Great screen face recognition works good, quick opening apps, stays charged all day with moderate use.

Great phone I purchased this phone for my teenage daughter. The phone was everything that she wanted. However, the activation experience through Best Buy mobile was horrible.

I've had several I Phones and have been pleased with them all. I do not like, however, the ever changing port and adapter sizes to require new accessories be purchased every time.

Nice upgrade and with AT&t account already the price I arranged online at Best Buy was so unbelievable that the salesman doubted me when I went to the store to complete my purchase.

I traded my 11 for the new 13. Quality is good and easy to use. I personally can't see a big difference but I am not attached to my phone like some people. Good trade in value.

I love this phone! Easy to use, fits comfortably in my hand, and attractive design. I found a pretty and functional cover for it at Best Buy, too.

Like the camera very much and really like the ability to fill in a lot of information in the contacts. Ability to customized the way you like it.

It has met all my expectations. I would have appreciated an accompanying manual, but I've been able to figure out most of what I needed. All in all, an excellent product.

Bought to upgrade my Wifes XR.This one is better in everyway and she loves it.I bought several different cases off of Amazon before we bought it=saved lots of money.You do put a Case and Screen Protector on right?Best Buy staff helped do the transition and put our Screen Protector and case on!

My apple 11 broke while under warranty if they had one in stock it would have been an even trade out but they did not I did not want to be without a phone so I had to buy a new one not very nice for a warranty

Kyle was the worker who assisted me. He was Patient caring and explained all options. I had a great experience with him. I highly recommend him.

The new iPhone I purchased is very nice. It has made managing my communications needs and is a very efficient device. Glad I bought!

Just upgrading from iPhone 10. Looks the same. Don’t see much difference, except it’s not built as tough and durable as the 10.

The female salesperson was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She stayed with us until everything was set up and all information transferred.

Great phone. Weight is light even with case. Browsing / loading speed is fast. Camera takes great pictures…sharp and bright. Battery life phenomenal.
