Switching from Android. Goes pretty fast. Touch screen it’s pretty annoying, need to touch specifically something so the action will occur and I have chubby fingers and work driving so it’s not a good thing. Other than that, good product.

I’ve had no issue with my iPhone. This is my third or fourth iPhone and I’ve been pleased except with Apple for cost and to get better performance you have to spend too much money. Same now for Microsoft products.

I had a great review of this product and decided to purchase it. It has enhanced my daily and family activities to continue using it. I would recommend this product to anyone that needs one.

The phone is great ! She is so happy with it. Our sales guy was so friendly, patient and helpful. Answered our questions but also explained all the new features. He made sure before we left that everything worked !!

Hubby accidentally smashed son's 1 yr old Android phone. Our local Best Buy had no Pixel 6's in stock, so he made the jump to Apple, which was in stock. While definitely a little different, he really likes it.

I upgraded to the iPhone 13 from a 12mini. The improved battery life, bigger screen, and slight annual improvements were worth it to me. The only downside is all the 13 models are a bit heavier than the 12's.

First time iPhone user. The Best Buy employee made the transition super easy. Also purchased a screen saver which was installed perfectly. Found the 13 to be easy to use and very happy with the entire process

Not too much larger than the iPhone 7 it replaced, but it has taken a little time to get used to it. The battery life, faster apps, and improved screen size has made the transition worth the effort.

This is an excellent device. I have not updated my iPhone in about 4 years, and the difference in battery life is incredible. I'm hoping that I won't need to update this phone for another several years.

Traded in a 7Plus and couldn't be happier..love the size, battery life and speed of the downloads..big difference in the technology since 2016..

Upgraded from iPhone 11 and am very happy. This is my favorite iPhone color yet. I love the quick and easy magsafe charging and my phone battery last all day, if not longer.

The phone works fine...is relatively easy to use...and serves the purposes for which it was intended. It's a bit expensive and I need to return and buy a cover...my Best Buy was out of them at the time I bought mine. My wife had cancer surgery out of town and I was able to keep friends and family informed.

Almost a whole year since I purchased a 13! And it is safe to say that it is one of the many Iphones that I thoroughly enjoy! Definitely a good purchase.

This phone is great. I upgraded from the IPhone 8 and the difference is amazing. The battery life is the biggest factor for me. I can easily go 2 days without a charge with heavy usage.

Xmas gift for my 11yr old daughter and she simply loves the phone. She was using an old android and she simply deserved the upgrade. She works so hard in school. Would recommend this phone.

Very similar to my iPhone 12. The touch seems a bit smoother/softer, which I like. Best Buy team did a great job getting it set up for me!

A few steps up from the SE and what a difference. The picture quality is superb. Just a little bigger but not to big. The facial recognition is quite fast. Pleased I went with the 13
