I purchased this as an upgrade from a Motorola flip phone. the switch over was traumatic I hated to give up my old phone but the finally discontinued my phone plan. overall nice phone but it was a nightmare getting the service changed over to keep my phone number from T-Mobile to Verizon. only took about a week to get it all straightened out.

Buying this phone from Best Buy is way better than getting it from Verizon. It was so much easier and the service was superior. Plus getting the protection plan from best buy just makes better sense.

upgrading from an iphone 6 plus, so of course this phone is amazing fast and not a big adjustment at all. was not compatible with old blue tooth keyboard or headphones. new ear buds work just fine on blue tooth. would have kept using iphone 6 plus, but they wouldn't do system updates anymore and some new apps wouldn't work! praise the Lord! 1 Corinthians 15: 1-4 (kjv)

Bought this for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it. She came from an Iphone 8 and obviously it is a huge upgrade. The phone is faster and the camera is really nice and the battery life is exceptional. The speed of the phone is awesome and a very smooth operating system.

So far so good. I'm really enjoying my new IPhone 13 although I liked my 10x just as well. I only upgraded because Verizon was giving me credits to pay for it and I had to change carriers. It's pretty, the camera is good and I like the 5G. I no longer drop my calls that I did in certain areas before. Oh, and the battery is excellent.

The iphone13 works A LOT better than the 2 samsungs I had before! We are still learning things on the new phones.

I love my new iPhone 13. I moved from an older rugged android that I liked but this phone is so much better. It is easy to use; I love the face recognition and Siri. Best Buy had the phone in stock and beat Verizon by a hundred dollars (they didn't have it anyway).

So much better than the 6S That was replaced. It will take me some time to learn all all the uses I will have for it.

I knew what 13 I wanted & the case. However, I wanted to buy it from Best Buy not on a Verizon plan even though my carrier is Verizon. Microphone was damage on my XR however it was fix it for estimated $399.00 or buy a new one, I bought the 13, but I still think the quote was high by the Geek Squad. The End.

Worked great for about 6 months then it’s operating system completely shut down.
