Love it! Switched from Android to Apple without any glitches. Love how easy it is to set up and use. However, with any new phone there is always a learning curve. It does have flaws (sometimes my text messages only come through if connected to WIFI or cellular data), but no phone is perfect.

This is my daughters phone… honestly seems a lot like some of the past phones… the only big difference is the charger. She wanted to upgrade from the 12 and personally I don’t see any real difference. Overall I rated 4 stars because it is a good iPhone, but I wish apple would make some noticeable changes to make us justify the amount paid to upgrade

I upgraded from a XR. The screen and camera improvements are a welcome feature. I do not understand why the side buttons were moved, except to make us buy a new case, but they are a little out of place. Still on the pricey side, and because I don’t have an unlimited plan, there were no deals for me. I did get instant trade in credit where Apple wanted to send me a gift card. Best Buy is a great place to buy a phone.

Phone is excellent. Some reviews said heavy and bulky. It is not. The top with the camera's are a little heavier then previous phones but it has not caused us to do anything different other than make sure they are not in an open compartment of the purse where they could fall out.

It is a great phone and works well. It has great battery life and features. The one problem is that there are some small things that can be annoying. This is mainly coming from my switch from android. There are many features that aren't customizable like they are on android, but as soon as you get used to them, they are good enough.

It was time for an upgrade for my sons iPhone XR. W e purchased the iPhone 13 and its perfect for him. Amazing features, ease to navigate, speed and camera quality is second to none. Also love the color. SUPER HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!

Decided to purchase for the 5G capability and other upgrades. The increased speed is great especially with the established 5G network in the area. The phone overall is much faster with increased functionality. I went from an 11 to a 13 and definitely noticed the difference. The change in phone shape is also a plus. Highly recommend especially if you are a few versions behind and have access to a 5G network.

I had an iPhone 11 and it was definitely worth the upgrade for the speed of 5g.

A young man named Linden helped my husband and I. We are senior citizens and are not tech people. He was very patient and explained the new phones to us. He even gave us chairs to sit on. We were with him about two hours and was very thoughtful and professional. He is a valued employee.

Purchased this from BestBuy because the cell service provider had none in stock. Also, the staff was very helpful in that the phone was in service before I left the store. Regarding the phone, it is the best iPhone yet. Easy user interface and great 5G service.

I love my new iphone 13! It was easy to upgrade from my iPhone 7 at Best Buy. New face recognition unlock feature is nice. Holds a charge 2 days and has plenty of power & storage.

Upgraded from the SE2020 to the slightly bigger and much faster/better 13. All the data transfer was done on the spot at BB and it was seamless. Love the phone along with the great service under trying holiday sales conditions at BB. The BB reps did an outstanding job.

good phone it could be easier to operate . volume is fair . there are phones on the market with much louder volume but they were not in stock. screen brightness is very good.B.B.phone people are always there to help .Richard and Dan are the best I really think Apple could have put more thought into the placement of side buttons to avoid those accidental emergency

I was frustrated on setting up my new phone. Then I went to your store and saw a young man named Alex K. Within a few minutes he removed my frustrations and had my phone working. Excellent work, good employee’

My wife and I weren't quite ready to replace our old iPhone SE models, but they both died in the same week and so now we each have one of these. Great photo capability. I really enjoy the features of this phone, although i do miss the home button.

Just got my wife a new iPhone 13 to replace her iPhone 7. She's only had it a short time, but I want to compliment the Best Buy staff for the patient guidance getting through the purchase process and set up of the new device. WRG the phone itself, it's the same size as the 7, but the entire real estate is screen, so it is much easier to read, Camera is also great.

Extremely user friendly, light weight and just the right size for carrying in a purse or pocket. This phone is perfect for the beginner smart phone user it walks one through everything and has a "Tips" banner that really helps. Love it!

Good upgrade over my existing iPhone 7. Really appreciate the battery life. With having to wear a mask all the time, it would be nice if TouchID was still an option in addition to FaceID. Hopefully they find a way to add it back in the future

Finally upgraded from 6S to 13. Glad I did. Battery life and processing speed so much improved. Lots of learning curve with new screen gestures and layout. Was pleased with the Best Buy rep/sales agent with his ‘tutorial’ in the store.

So happy to purchase the last one avail at this Best Buy location as a gift for my granddaughter. I was able to get her Apple phone and replace it with the Google phone I had. The Springfield location has a wonderful staff to assist me.
