    The employee that helped us was excellent! Reason for 4star rating-Best Buy Company’s computer system operated very slow and employee had to wait on the system several times.

    Well it’s the last thing I’ll buy from Best Buy. Phone different to learn, in store help on this purchase good. But from the dryer I bought days before.. I doubt they’d help me if I had a problem. Poor communication at corporate centered phone help… so if it’s been over week since they deliveries late my dryer, couldn’t install and still haven’t communicated. Well I can’t trust the company

    The phone is fine. BUT. The sales person told me if he sold me the phone, I could take my old one in to T-Mobile to get the credit for the trade in deal. ($700). T-Mobile said that had to be done at point of sale and I’m just out of luck on my trade in credit. Zero stars, pink haired salesman.
