I was able to locate the nearest Best Buy. Ordered my phone online it was such an easy transaction went in got put my SIM card and I was good to go.

My only suggestion- please make phones that aren’t all glass! The back of phone is cracked, affecting the camera. I have the Apple care to get it fixed, and don’t mind paying the deductible, but it is always a hassle to get it fixed ! I’ve had an appt cancelled and another appt I made (7pm in an Apple Store that closed at 9, but they were also way late for our appt) said they could fix it but would have to keep my phone overnight and I wouldn’t have a replacement. Or I could bring it back at noon the next day, Sunday when they opened and they wouldn’t mine 1st. Frustrated that I drove nearly 30 min away with an actual appt but they wouldn’t help me. I never had the time to go back. And to send it in, seems like a hassle and they want to charge my credit card until my order is repaired and complete, upon arrival of the loaner phone, undamaged. Idk- I just feel like this phone is easily broken, mine was not even dropped, I hit it on my kitchen counter by accident. I wish they’d at least make the back of the phones, and around the camera (back) with more protection, and the entire back cast in a metal finish.
