I am enjoying the new iphone 13. i had the iphone 6. This is a great upgrade. It is fast, reliable and easy to use. I put a good case on it. apple phones are expensive. if you take care of them they last and are worth the price.

The iPhone 13 was just what I needed to upgrade my father-in-law's iPhone. Appreciated the cheaper price when he didn't need a new 15. Just be aware Best Buy changed their policies and will charge you to copy the information/apps/etc. from your old phone. Bad business decision by Best Buy! If I could rate this lack of service I would rate it a 1 -- should do that for you for spending several hundred dollars on a new phone!

Perfect purchase. Brought an iPhone X in for a new battery, Geek Squad discovered a cracked screen, pushing the cost of repair close to a new phone. Alex, manager, suggested an unlocked iPhone 13 and made transition easy, transferring the X at a price competitive with Spectrum.

I love my phone so much it works amazing but six months later it just turned off on me out of nowhere I didn’t drop it I didn’t get it wet or nothing. I went to the Apple Store and they said that it just went out for no reason but I was able to get it fix and for free because of my coverage and since the phone was still new. But other then that it works like a charm
