    Jack AtThe Millbury MA location was very helpful. However I was under the impression they the 10% off my 1st purchase with Best Buy card would apply to this purchase, so I was unhappy about this.

    So I bought this open-boxed. It’s worth it if you’re on a budget but keep in mind it had some severe scratches on the screen that’s noticeable when the phone is powered off shined by light. But I get what I payed for, it’s worth it if you don’t want to spend $790 on a new rip-off iPhone. My complaint is that for this kind of damage, the iPhone should’ve costed around $370 rather than $440 before tax for it to be fair.

    Great avaolability to purchase phone on emergency- manager and sales person great! Though disappointed in Apple store speakers phone doesnt work correctly Apple wont fux.
