    This was open box excellent condition and we received a wrong cable (Type c) instead of lightning. We spoke to central team and they suggested to go to any Best Buy store and get the cable exchanged and Best Buy store suggested this can only be done by central team. No one is ready to take responsibility of the wrong cable sent. This is quality check for an excellent condition open box

    If you return turn on iPhone you have to pay $60 restocks fee. Must easier to buy from apple

    I bought a iPhone 13 open box EXCELLENT condition as a gift. Well, charger doesn’t work and it has numerous scratches. This not what I called excellent condition.

    At first they said I have to pick up my item and now the shipping is delayed and they will refund me if I dont get it by 27th of feb. They should’ve not make it available on the site at all if this Item is really not available!

    Do not buy. My 13 has not worked properly since may. They say there is a glitch and they will not take mine back! Worst phone ever. I wasinyhe store 3 times on the phone 10. Does not work
