Very pleased with the upgrade. Battery life exceptional.

It’s good for what it is. Frankly, I miss the 2x optical lens on my iPhone 7+. The wide angle lens built into the 13 is not useful to me, so it just takes up space. I appreciate the fuller edge to edge screen, on the smaller width. And it’ll be a long time before I get over losing the home button. The only real improvement I see is Apple finally got off their butts and put flashlight access on the lock screen. In toto: meh. It’s fine.

As an 80 year old I had a few issues getting started but I figured things out, however I do not like the slide up feature. It is not consumer friendly for people with arthritic fingers. Of course that issue is something young people are not concerned with

Took a bit to get used to the difference between my previous Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and the iPhone13. Glad I made the switch though.

Great Phone! My older phone crashed! This phone has been a lifesaver! Be sure to continuously update the software and download an antivirus protection app! Enjoy!!

we were helped by Lex and she was amazing and we had a lot of questions. she was very cool when frustrated and went out of her way to help. she gave us several options when needed and explained them all.

I was fairly pleased with my new phone. There are a few things that I’m still trying to work out and fix. But I’m was very pleased that everything transferred over completely!!

Another Apple phone purchase for my grandson. I love Apple iPhones because they are reliable, secure and have all the needed features .Apple products are the only ones we purchase .

It is a new generation phone. Let's see if some completely unexpected problems will stop popping up in near future. So far so good.

I’m not a huge Apple fan but I am an Apple user - I was forced to upgrade after my 8+ decided to not function after being underwater for .2 nano seconds with its $99 lifeproof case. Coming into this I wasn’t excited since the price tag is practically the same as a down payment as a car at this point but all in all the phone does the job. Apple markets hard and the thing I’m not a fan of is charging people more money and providing less, like the charger that comes with no charging square. Well played. The camera is nice but even then to me, it’s just another Itouch with a new camera. 13 generations and nothing new to report - well played Apple.

This phone is for my son and he loves it. It was an upgrade from the iPhone 8 plus and has been great, just what you would expect from Apple, assuming you like Apple.

A big upgrade coming from the small iPhone SE. i like the bigger screen just dislike it not having a home button.

The I phone 13 is great device but I would not buy it from Best Buy or any other place except Apple store. Your phone will be blocked for 30 days before you can unlock it and you have to pay restocking fee, if you want to change it

Tech was very patient with us and did a great job. We like the phone. There were four people in line behind us. Tech got three other employees to come up and help. Nobody complained. All helpers were also professional. We were impressed

The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions! Trading in my phone was easier than I thought it would be and I’m glad I did!

the iPhone serves its intended usage. It makes calls, it texts, it downloads, it plays music. It takes good pictures. Very satisfied

Works as expected. My iPhone X speaker stopped working this was a great replacement option. Works about the same with better camera
