    I did pay upfront for the phone since I wanted to use the Esim future with another provider simultaneously with T-mobile. Basically I did pay $$$$ and the phone it is locked with verizon.... My provider is T-Mobile and they said (after been hours on the phone) that is a Best Buy Issue. Best Buy instead is saying the complete opposite. Result as today is that I pay for a phone I cant use and I lost important data while transferring to the new phone.

    Not sure the issue from iphone, but same have been faced by a friend purchase the same phone at Tmobile, like network or any other issue but other end person cannot hear breaking voice.

    Same old phone. My old iPhone 6 was slicker, liter. Not very much impressed with this iPhone 13.

    Upgraded from iPhone 12 to iPhone 13 and enjoying the new speed! I like all the new improvements such as focus do not disturb while I’m in class or studying. The new midnight color is dark. The camera features are great for my dog. It’s a good upgrade!
