It is an iphone so there isn't much to say about what it does. Upgraded from an 11, not a huge difference but a smoother application overall and better camera.

Purchased two iPhone 13’s just before Christmas. They were mailed to us within a day. Thought we’d have to go back to store to have all our information transferred but the phones told us exactly what to do. Having to go from a 6sand a 7, we did have to watch a video to figure out how the 13’s work. We both love our new phones.

Great phone! Love the color. Apple never disappoints.

The phone is great and was easy to get acquainted with going from my IPhone 8 to the 13. I don't really love technology and especially don't like the learning curve that comes with upgrades, but this time it was so easy. It was also really easy to set up and transfer information to from my old phone.

I mean… its an iPhone. It calls people, it texts people, and takes me to the same internet my last phone took me to, and the phone before that. People get so caught up pretending they detect the minute improvement to a camera or a processor. I’d give this 5 stars if it did some James Bond-esque stuff… or if the keyboard would stop thinking I want an “n” instead of a “space”. Maybe my thumbs need an upgrade?

So far so good. My only complaint is more for the iCloud backup than the phone, but I am pretty annoyed by the fact the back up did not restore much of my music that i have had for years from ripping CDs and downloading MP3 files. Not sure how to correct that.

I had the best experience! I love my new phone. The young man who helped me was fantastic! He helped me set up the phone, showed me how to use it and made the whole experience so positive. I came in to return a gift and walked out buying a new phone!

Just got rid of my Android Motorola Razr and jumped back on the Apple cart. So far so good. The 13pro camera is great - thought I would be able to control shutter speed but oh well.

iPhone was ready for pickup at local Best Buy within the hour. I had to install SIM card which was easy to accomplish. My first color choice was in stock.

The staff was very helpful in recommending the right iPhone, setting up installation of the phone and migration of data from my old phone to the new phone.

Really like my iPhone 13, it takes some getting used to since I upgraded from an iPhone 7.

We received our phone as promised by Best Buy the next day delivered to our home so far so good it was easy to use as we are iPhone users
