Great size ergonomically. Hope it lasts more than 3 years as I was disappointed with the fragility of my iPhone X. Best Buy only gives a yes/no option on whether I recommend the item – can't tell yet as I haven't had it for a full month yet. It's fine.

Better than anticipated. I thought it would be a hard transition from a home button to the swipe, but it was not difficult at all. Phone quality is great!

This phone is amazing for someone who doesn’t like how big phones are now made. It fits perfectly in your hand, and it has great camera. Definitely recommend the mini line of iPhones over the others.

Battery life is much better than my old phone. My phone did get stupid and magnified the screen 10 fold. My old phone did this occasionally so I was surprised when my new one did. Had to do a complete reboot to fix.

Love the size. Fits in my back pocket. Sales person was great. Transferred everything thing from old phone to my new phone with no problems.

Updated from base iPhone 8. The mini’s screen is actually bigger but the overall phone dimensions is the same. Works great.

Phone arrived at the store about two weeks after ordering and the Mobile employee was excellent assisting my wife with set up and transferring photos and contacts from the old phone. We did not have our Passcode, so he patiently explained what we needed to do when we found it at home. His name is Dustin Wilson and he should be recognized for his fine service. My wife really likes her new phone.

Some improve features that the quality of Apple products is still diminished, I’m sad to say. Minor glitches already with sporadic lack of phone alerts.

This phone replaces a 5s. The 13 Mini is very comparable in size to the 5S, but with more advanced features. Fits comfortably in my pocket and hand.

Replacing an iphone 12 mini that kept freezing. this one so far is working great.
