I’ve run into issues with the screen freezing and bad phone connections, issues with getting everything set up, I apparently only saved some items from my previous phone and am back to practically square.

Only wish my Dad would take me up on my offer but he's happy with his 3-year old Android phone (nothing against Android, btw! It's great too) She loves the color even though she slapped a giant case on it. Oh well. It's nice to give back to my folks when I get a chance.
