Hard to get accustom to how it functions at first but is nice. Biggest con is no finger recognition.

I can't thank Naim enough! He not only "knows his stuff," he's a very good teacher. I'm not very tech-oriented or able, and he made me feel entirely comfortable as he walked me through an introduction to my new AppleWatch! This is customer service at its best! Thank you!

The phone itself is great. The user, me, is being a bit slow to get up to speed with the changes moving between screens, etc. Not going to hold that against the phone.

Typical iPhone. It’s great right now, but will run slow within the next 2 years; along with a half-working battery. But, there’s nothing better to buy… so here we are. Also, zero innovation since Steve Jobs passed. “I don’t care about camera upgrades. Been waiting for an original thought since 2011.”

The store associate 'migrated' my old phone's content to my new phone, installed a safety shield on the new phone, installed a case, and showed me how to use the new phone.

Love my phone. Hated to get a mini but all that was available. I have gotten used to the smaller size and it’s really more convenient for fitting in pockets, etc.

I had purchased a mobile before from Krianna and now my wife needed one and we went straight to her for her help and knowledge. Outstanding!!!

Always a little skeptical about new and updated electronics but very pleased with our new Apple phone. Would not hesitate to purchase again.

This is my first Apple iPhone. Although I'm still getting more familiar with its features as I go along, I'm happy with it. I recommend it.

iPhone mini great pictures quality and incredible well designed and quick software ! Keeps up with the larger phones !

Upgraded both of our phones from 7’s Heppy with new display and wireless charging, haven’t really tried all the new bells and whistles.

Did not want to get rid of my SE but am forced to due to towers and loss of 3G transmission. Great service with delivery of 13mini but took two trips to BB to get it set up. First installer was a failure, second one was excellent.

It’s an iPhone with some upgrades. Purchased for my daughter so it was not a choice for me but it’s great for kids. Camera is good with Verizons kids plan it keeps things safe. 5g is nice

over all a good phone typical apple product. Purchased this for my mother to connect a pace maker. We will see how it works for the long haul.

Phone is everything that I expected. Smaller than my old one, but had the same features.

The phone was not available at my local store so I ordered it on line. Next day delivery! Amazing.
