I upgraded from a 6 and love the extra storage! Very fast and now all my upgraded apps are working nicely. I did have an issue with dropped Verizon signals but working with them to improve the phone/network sync.

I love this phone! I had the iPhone XS before getting this one and honestly I love the mini! It fits perfectly in my hand, purse, even in the pockets of my pants! The camera quality is also great!

My daughter has been using this phone for 2 years. It has been a great phone. The functionality is of great quality and it looks beautiful too. Great phone all around.

The wife doesn't like the bigger "standard" phones so mini is perfect for her... as the name implies just a scaled down version of the very nice iPhone 13 Pro I have. Beautiful screen and case.

If you're someone who thinks phones have gotten too big lately, you'll love this. It's the same great iPhone quality but in a smaller package.

I love my new iPhone mini! I resist getting a new phone because it can be confusing and I just want to be able to talk, text, and use apps easily. The BestBuy team helped me select the right phone … the right size for me and the right memory. Then they did the transfer from my old phone to my new so when I left the store, I had a new phone that functioned just like my old! This took all my concerns away and now I’m finding all the new features that the iPhone mini offers. The phone battery is excellent too!

It is small and light, easy to carry. Good call quality. Battery life is good. Shouldn’t have to pay for storage so soon after buying. My son refuses to pay a monthly fee to backup phone.

Phone has good connectivity and the battery lasts. It takes good pictures. But, it is hard to open sometimes. I have to swipe several times to open it and sometimes to get to where I want to go in it. But, it is fairly intuitive.

My wife loves the phone. She did not like the size of the new phones when we upgraded so she chose the mini version. Works great for her.

Really loving this new iPhone. Fast and simple to use. Love the small(er) size so it's actually portable! Does everything I need.

Needed to replace my older iPhone- am happy with my new phone. Battery life is good and pictures clear. Wish it could zoom even closer than it does but maybe I just need to spend a bit more time learning all this phone’s features.

The sales team at Best Buy is very knowledgeable and helpful. I prefer to buy our phones and computers from Best Buy versus Verizon or Apple. Your team makes it pleasant experience! The phone is great too. My husband prefers the smaller iPhone as it fits in his pocket. I prefer my iPhone 13 Max. We both love our new phones!!

This phone is small enough to fit in your pocket which was huge for me. It has an excellent camera and storage space

I’ve had a couple problems with my iPhone. I love the color and the overall size I went from an iPhone 7–>11 Pro Max—>13 mini it’s a lot easier to hold and one hand text. The problems I have had are my phone dropping calls on wifi, having full bars, and having 1-2 bars. I have since gotten it fixed. The other problem is when I got it and would try to make phone calls it would say something to the effect of “call cannot be made on last line call on this line” and I would obviously click call. It was an added step to call people. Over all though I do love the phone and it is a significant upgrade for me!

Overall I liked the 13mini. I wanted a device that was smaller.Really liked the color and sleek appearance.I got the blue.What I didn’t like was the automatic sharing of messages with other apps and having to go through and manually turn of access to so many apps including the camera.The iOs also automatically linked to facetime.This was a major annoyance for me.

Perfect size, very quick, love all the functions and once I figure it all out sure I’ll be more pleased

Very pleased with the iPhone 13 mini! It holds a charge better than my iPhone 8 and takes great photos.

i have owned galaxy phones for years, but the phones just keep getting bigger and bigger, i wanted something more pocket friendly and be able to text comfortably with one hand. this phone has been amazing so far, great battery life too.

love the mini size that is not bulky. i can go days without charging, battery life is an improvement.
