Too small for me personally but still a good working phone! And once again best employees Best Buy could ask for!!!

I really liked my phone until I switched jobs and had to start waking up earlier. I set my alarm clock and that next morning it never alarmed. As it turns out it was going off but the volume was turned all the way down. I checked the volume on the app and it was all the way up. Went through the settings to the sounds and haptics and found the volume there all the way down. So I turned it up to the max. Problem seemed to be solved, the next morning I heard the alarm. Putting in my Airpods and having an Instagram notification chime with Siri announcing it at the max volume was deafening. After talking to customer service several times, I came to realize that there is a pathetic lack of volume controls on iPhones. Its either go deaf or dont hear your alarm because everything that is not media is controlled by that one volume and there is no way to adjust independently and no toggle to make the volume setting change with the devices connected like the media volume does. Coming from Android you have a crazy amount of options and customizations with the volumes included. There was a drop down icon and it gave you like 6 to adjust independently from each other. You could also multitask on Android. Something that is not in Apples vocabulary. I regret switching, every passing month I find something else that infuriates me and Apple dont seem to have any answers for their stupidity. With the almost weekly updates you would think iPhones would be the best thing on the market but they are among one of the worst. They are about 10 years behind the competition. Theres other issues I have but to avoid writing a book Ill just say this, iPhones are not worth the asking price. They are worth about half as much.

I have neen using this phone for about a year now, and i must say the harder you use the better it shines with respect to its performance
