The iPhone 13 Pro has been a stellar companion since my purchase on March 19, 2022. The phone's 120hz is a game-changer, since it's dynamic it does a very good job at extending the battery life as well. The camera is pretty nice but I believe compared to an iPhone 12 Pro it wouldn't make much of a difference. I kinda like its heaviness as well, it feels strong with those nice edges when in hand.

I bought a Refurb Iphone from another popular company. Very Bad decision. Then went to my provider for trade in and they had very less value for my old phone. Best Buy had Thanksgiving offer since I know there is always a better discount option. Loved the color and model they had and didn't wait for back order . This does not get hot, slow down, and is super fast with 100% battery. They took care of activation with my provider and did end to end in just 30 mins. Could not be more satisfied. Thanks BEST BUY as always.

Phone works well and quality is good. The only issue is it's a little bit heavy.

My wife likes this phone and the color. Apple did really good with upgrade and the camera, built and battery definitely show it!

Upgraded from my iPhone 8, so obviously it was a big change. The camera is definitely pretty good and the display is just amazing. Battery life is good enough according to Apple standards but not as good as the other brands. Would definitely recommend if you’re upgrading from an iPhone 11 or older.

Never purchased a pro before this and I gotta say it’s definitely worth it! The camera quality is amazing and I can’t believe how well it focuses. The screen is a noticeable improvement and it is especially noticeable when taking pictures or using the cinematic feature. Definitely justifies spending a little extra for the added features.

Very good phone with Great battery life and excellent photography. If you record pro videos, go for 256gb.

Upgrade from XR to IPhone 13 pro I’m so happy with 13 pro ;)

Fantastic upgrade, and this review is after 2.5 years of ownership. Battery life is 87% (which has lasted longer than my other phones, and I am terrible about battery health (not letting battery totally drain, using temu chargers, charging a few percentage points and then unplugging multiple times throughout the day…) This phone works as well as it did the day I bought it. Every 2 years I think it is a good idea to do a factory restore just to wipe away random fragments and artifacts from previous updates and previous versions of iOS. I will be trading this in for the 16 Pro Max because I’m longing for a larger phone (I do a lot of reading on my phone and ignore my iPad, so I’ll deal with the cumbersome pro max for the increased real estate for reading/editing PDFs).

I previously had the iPhone 12 Pro and the phone would get constantly lose battery and get hot. However, the iPhone 13 Pro has went beyond my expectations: 120Hz refresh rate (basically faster screen) when you need it to save battery, bigger screen real estate, better 5G, overall better battery life. I haven’t charged my phone in like 3 days. The cameras are huge and no doubt it is quite stunning picture quality. I’d recommend anyone to get this iPhone even iPhone 12 users.

Upgraded three phones to iPhone 13pro from 12Pro. Cameras are better, with distinguishly more powerful 3x telephoto vs. last year's 2x. It seems at night or low light the cameras perform better and faster. Video at night feels like shooting at day light. The phone is excellent. Perfect hardware for travel and trips, getting photos, communicate with others etc. The phone is heavier than 12Pro. Old cases didn't fit and had to buy new ones which are hard to find and an additional $40ish expense. Cheaper cases are just not good, Tried several basic ones. If the phone is dropped on the front edge, because it is so heavy, the impact will go through the case lid and affect the screen - I've got non-brand "liquid" silicone case from Amazon for this one for ~$20, otherwise would recommend Speck Presidio line, Otterbox. In my opinion, if you want some meaningful protection, do not buy thin, skinny etc. basic cases, especially look at the front lids to be wide/thick enough. If you like the phone to be lighter, get the regular iPhone 13 - hardware and cameras are also excellent, just omits the zoom camera. Phone is water proof, wireless charging, Apple's OS and software works smooth and well, and software support is generously long. Battery last quite a bid, probably with non-stop usage will last a full day. Mine never gets even less than 80% through the day of normal use. Includes calls, video call apps, media. It stays relatively cool, haven't tried in tropic heat yet - the iPhone12Pro had done black screen in heat around 100F several times on me during heavy video use. Reception is good, haven't had any problems inside or outside of buildings. Residual value is quite high, one can expect very easy trade in on the next iteration, which makes the competition a financial non-sense. Competitive Android phones are priced similarly or higher.

Great phone, overall I’m glad I purchased the pro series when I got this as I’ve always had the base models in the past and could finally afford the pro model. Battery life is so much better than other models I’ve had in the past. If you take a lot of pictures definitely buy the pro series. I have since upgraded to the 14 Pro Max just wished I purchased the 13 Pro Max and the larger storage but the price wasn’t right at the time. Those were the only reason I upgraded and if you still need a physical sim this is the way to go.
