Was alittle concerned about have to get new cords but hasn’t been a problem so far

Found the whole process of start to finish easy and well quite affordable. The phone is a major upgrade for my wife whom I bought it for her birthday. The phone has all the features she wants plus more great battery life and the pics are are just great. Overall an excellent value I am sure it will be used for years to come

I think the 13 pro is the perfect phone for someone who wants a good camera in a smaller phone. It’s very fast and batter life is really good!

Nice phone, but Honestly don’t notice any difference from my 12 pro. I get a new phone every year for trade in value ( buy outright) Really nothing spectacular to say about this model comparing to 12 pro to be 100% honest. No real Wow factor other than camera & maybe slightly longer battery life

The display is spectacular. The increased speed on the 5G network is quite impressive. The photos I take with 13 Pro are of better quality than the ones I take with my Canon DSLR. I do not miss having a physical home button on my phone and I like the Face ID authentication feature.

I absolutely love everything about my Apple iPhone 13 Pro 5G. So happy I upgraded to it. Fits great in my small hand. Great camera, great videos - just love it. I would recommend the iPhone 13 Pro to anyone looking to upgrade.

I love the iPhone 13 pro. The look, feel, speed and battery life is great. I did not appreciate the fact that it was just left in my mailbox and did not require a signature. That truly bothered me a great deal. Other than the delivery, the product itself is excellent.

I wish I didn't need an iPhone or any tech gear, but such is life in the modern world. That said, I do buy pretty much everything tech related at Best Buy and so came here for my new iPhone. I am not crazy about the lack of a push button on the new screen.

So happy I upgraded to the “latest” iPhone. The camera, alone, made my decision totally worth it! Plus the blue color is stunning. LOVE!

I love my iPhone 13 pro! I previously had an 8 Plus. This phone is slightly smaller, enabling it to fit nicely into my clutch purse. The features are easy to understand. As always iPhones are user friendly.

After having this phone for almost a year, there are some drawbacks with this phone. First the pro's: Handles games decently (Black Desert Mobile, Call of Duty Mobile etc.) Speakers are loud and perfect for calls or media consumption Screen is amazing and was refreshing coming from my iPhone 11 The battery life was great especially considering this phone was used almost 15 hours a day for personal and work use for the better half of the time I had the phone The con's: This phone got HOT. Charging, gaming, Facetime...it made this phone warm up The camera's were nice, but I had an issue where it wanted to revert to the macro camera so I'd have to swap it back manually Battery life seemed to drop significantly after having used it for ~6-7 months. I went from a day and some change without needing to charge to needing to recharge almost nightly I'd ONLY recommend this phone if 1.) you can get it cheaper than a 14 or 14 Plus. 2.) you need the Pro camera's and get this significantly cheaper than the 14 Pro or Pro Max. OR 3.) get this as a free or very discounted upgrade through your carrier if they still have them at the time you are reading this. OTHERWISE skip the 13 line up and go for the 14 Plus or Pro line up

Its a very good phone. Just not for me. Upgrading from an XR to this, the phone was just very bulky and heavy for me. I wish they had a starlight version of the pro maybe I reconsider.All the upgrades with pictures and screen quality was very noticeable but with my daily use of a phone I don’t value those features as much. So I decided to return it and go with the 13 MINI instead.

Going from an iPhone 12 mini to the 13 Pro, the weight and size of the phone takes some getting use to, but overall I really like this phone. The camera and the battery life are great, and makes the phone worth its cost.

Daughter couldn’t be happier with this phone upgrading her 12. Looks amazing, is blazing fast, and definitely worth the upgrade just on the quality of the camera for her selfies!

I needed to upgrade my phone and wanted one with a good camera.

This phone is amazing! The camera alone is worth the money! Best picture quality from a phone and even professional cameras in my opinion. Design is easy to hold and lightweight. Definitely recommend this phone!

Love the iPhones and bought the 13 pro for the additional camera options. Takes great pictures. Went with the 13 pro instead of the 13 pro max because it was a little smaller and more to my liking.

Finally updated my 6S Plus. Phone was still good after 6 years but the battery would only make it 1/2 day. So far I like my new 13 Pro and only have to charge it every other day and still have battery left so I don’t have to worry about where I’m going to plug in at. The only thing I don’t like is the Face ID and wearing masks. I wear one 12 hours a day so no bueno at work. I’ll eventually get used to no home button I’m sure.

I love the color. It’s iridescent on the back. The photos are fantastic. My only qualm is the insanely large lenses on the phone. Wasn’t expecting then to be so big . Not a huge deal still love the phone.

So far, I’m really happy with this phone. The battery life is much better than my old phone and the camera is excellent. I’m still learning how to use all of the features but so far, I love it.
