North Olmsted Ohio store was great. I called and the told me what iphones were available. I confirmed what time to come in and Francisco was awesome! He explained what plan would be best and how the trade in worked. He set up my new iPhone 13 Pro and explained how to send in my used phone to ATT. Awesome battery life. Great photos and features.

This is the culmination of years and years of iPhone development. Everything is perfected. I have absolutely no conplaints with this phone and recommend it wholeheartedly. I have the Gold 256GB Pro, not the max, and it’s literally my ideal phone. Battery life is great, screen is amazing, camera is amazing… I could go on and on but 10/10 would buy again.

Other than the usual upgrades (slightly lighter, nicer color collection, etc), the real only difference between the 13 pro and other iphones is the camera. Photos look breathtaking, even in the dark. Overall, very impressed with the machine learning camera zoom and the portrait selfie mode. Battery life is also excellent.

It's a great upgrade from my last phone. The battery life can last up to two days for me if I need it to. The camera is fantastic! It took me a little while to get used to the new features and settings but I love this phone and will recommend it to anyone!

The best iPhone ever. I have returned iPhone 14 Pro and bought this. I will keep using it for a minimum of 5 years. Excellent camera, bright display, and fantastic battery. No complaints at all. Apple, thanks for making this great phone.

This is a great phone with a much better battery life and camera. The only downside is that it is also noticeably heavier.

This is my first iphone purchase, and I really like this phone. It took me A WHILE to get used to it. The size is good. The picture quality is great. Volume of the phone is loud enough for me to hear. Price was the only downer.

love my iPhone 13. battery lasts much longer than my iPhone X. and the camera is fabulous. I got the extra storage so I can take lots of pictures/ videos.

The latest iPhone is great. The 13 Pro performs well and the new screen and camera are worth the upgrade. Still a steep price for a new cell phone, but not many options these days.

Fantastic phone, great design, super speedy. The battery life is just unreal. I can go 3 days without charging. Of course, like all Apple products this is insanely expensive.

Great phone. Best iPhone yet, obviously. Camera is noticeably better than the 12, and battery life gives you a few extra hours. Coming from a iPhone XS definitely a worthy upgrade

My daughter says its a great phone and perfect size for her hands, as opposed to other iphones that she complained about. She also says the camera quality is fantastic.
