Picture quality is an amazing and so much faster than my XR. Battery not as long as I had hoped.

Easy to use, as expected. Still learning subtle changes. Disappointed in the color Alpine Green. It is not as advertised. The green is pale and soft, lacking the rich deep vibrancy that is advertised.

I am upgrading from iPhone 8 to iPhone 13 Pro which is a great upgrade! The camera is awesome and you get "Portrait" option for both front & back cameras

The iPhone keeps getting better and better. Obviously. As technology progresses, so will our phones. Duh. And this phone does not disappoint. The battery life alone is worth it for me. Then add in the new camera, done. Very happy.

Moved from an iPhone 7 (yeah - I don't see the value of upgrading every year or even two). I miss being able to touch the top and bottom of my screen while watching a video and not have something happen like rewinding or opening another window. This is also noticeably heavier to hold as well. Otherwise...it's a technological leap forward. Progress...

Primo phone. I’m a big fan of the camera. It’s not much different than other iPhones as far as the phone goes besides the iOS updates. But the camera is great compared to the X I had.

Excellent, upgraded from the 12 pro and this one is a big step up. It really gives you the pro feeling, was going to go for the max but the size was huge and uncomfortable. I am glad I went with the regular 13 pro.

I switched from being a longtime Galaxy user to this iPhone. The main reason for the switch was that my car has Car Play but not Android Auto. I have liked all my Galaxy phones. I've also had iPhones in the past so I wasn't worried that the new one would be terrible but I didn't expect to like it substantially better either. However, I find that interacting with the phone is smoother and overall more pleasant than my S20. I also purchased a pair of AirPod Pros and my oh my are they good. You can use AirPods with any Bluetooth phone but the interface on an iPhone is so seamless as to be nearly idiot-proof. Overall I am happy with the switch.

Great phone. Chose the 13 Pro over the 13 Pro Max because you get the best camera in a smaller package. Sales associate directed me to the largest credit possible for my existing phone.

This iPhone is the max ! Really happy with its performance and the battery durability it last all day long it doesn’t matter where I go I would never be worried anymore to recharge my phone

Camera is great, phone is a little heavier than I expected.

Sales person was not knowledgeable about the phone details. I found out after purchasing phone that you also need to puchase a USB-C adaptor and special plug for the iphone 13. I am having some issues with freezing and have an appointment on Saturday. Otherwise, phone seems to be great but I still have a lot to learn.
