An usual I phone it is always the best great camera and great battery life

This phone is a BEAST. It never lags, amazing cameras, incredible screen, add-day battery…what more could you want?

I switched from Samsung to Apple and I don’t miss my galaxy. I needed to upgrade and I am not getting the new flip phone from galaxy. This isn’t the early 2000’s. Plus this phone is great! I recommend the extra storage it’s a few $$ more but I take a lot of photos and have a ton of apps. My old galaxy s10 had a space from a micro SD card which I loved but the newer galaxy phones do not. Apple never did but the extra space is worth it.

Big camera square cutting requires additional protection. Pictures quality is good. Battery life is little better than 12 pro

Sooooo happy with my 13 Pro. I traded an 11 Pro but this has much better picture capabilities and faster. Very happy!!

New phone, better camera and video. What more can I say. I travel quite a bit with my family and one of the most important part of that is taking pictures and videos. Love the new cinematic video mode. Best Buy had the best deal for this Iphone release when trading in our old phones so we bought 2. We also did not preorder but managed to get one shortly after its release anyway. Easy transaction at Best Buy after ordering online to make sure they had what we wanted.

I had a 12 promax and felt after 1 year it was to big. That being said the 13 pro's macro camera and battery life are outstanding and I can't believe how fast this thing is. I thought the 12 was fast, but this one is even faster. Best Buy offered the best trade-in offer and the process of switching phones while using them was so easy. I will definitely use Best Buy again since I am a T-Mobile customer and Best Buy now offers their service.

I got this phone to replace my previous iPhone 8+. This was the first time I was able to do the phone transfer setup and was pleasantly surprised to have found everything the same as my last device. The camera is quite nice, especially since I take many photos. I'm not a fan of the face ID and I am getting used to having no home button. Doesn't feel particularly different from the last few iPhone iterations.

I use both iPhones and Androids as I like to utilize both ecosystems. However, this iPhone 13 Pro is the best iPhone I’ve personally used in years. A lot of gripes I used to have with the older models are gone (except for the notorious “notch”). You can immediately tell the major differences with ProMotion and the camera upgrades but there are many other things that you find when you go deep in the system. So what’s the problem? The notch is still there, it is still an eye sore and while they did shrink it slightly in size, it is taller which is noticeable on wide videos (big bummer). More importantly, the OS is not utilizing the space left after reducing the notch - meaning no battery percentage.
