And the best buy member assisting us was friendly and most knowledgeable (and it was his birthday) but i cannot remember his name- please give this guy a raise - he's awesome!! The iphone 13 prowas a super breeze to set up and transfer from old phone to new!!

Horrible cell service reception!

Takes wonderful photos. Zoom could be more considering the galaxy with its zoom. The bad, phone gets horrible cell service to the point where I usually get two bars this thing will not load web pages, drop calls and will not send texts. I wanted to think it was just my device until I talked to at-least 8 other iPhone 13 pro users. Same story with everyone. There is a major issues with this phone and it needs to be addressed asap by iPhone!!!!! All they say is, this is an issue with your cell service provider. Explain to them the issues and that’s it. Absolutely garbage. Stay away until the 14 comes out or get somthing other than an iPhone 13 model! N
